Great service and very knowledgeable. If you need a tourbillon go no where else. Not pretentious. Will come back. Most definitely. Slah is the man.

Our experience at Tourbillon was quite enjoyable. Highly recommend walking in to look and talk about the watches, as they carry the luxury brands under The Swatch Group. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable.
Back in May, we went into South Coast Plaza to get information on a Limited Edition watch. We just happened to be parked near the entrance were Tourbillon was located, and decided to walk in. They happened to carry the brand we were looking for. Upon entry, we were greeted by the staff and approached by Slah, one of their associates. We had a lengthy talk about general things, we even talked about watches. There was never any pressure to buy and we never felt like we were wasting his time.
We have been to some Boutiques (in the same mall) where we felt that associates were pressuring us to purchase. One immediately asked us «are you ready to purchase a watch, today?». When told that we were ‘just looking’, the associate did a 180 and was never heard from again. Granted we were no the best dressed patrons… graphic t-​shirts and jeans, totally not the demographic for luxury watches.
This was not the case at Tourbillon. The second we walked in, we were treated like valued, long-​time customers… even though we had never been in the Boutique before. The friendly conversation eventually lead to us asking about the Limited Edition watch we were seeking. The watch was only available for pre-​order and only with full deposit. Even after the price and details were given, there was no pressure to buy. Eventually, we decided to order the watch, sight unseen, and knowing that the watch would not be available until October.
During the waiting period leading up to October, Slah would give us updates on the status of our order. He even invited us to attend a private screening of Spectre and another event (which we were unable to attend). The watch eventually arrived in late December, at no fault to Tourbillon. Throughout this ‘delayed’ period, we again were given updates and informed with the situation with the manufacturer.
When we picked up the watch, again we were greeted by an old friend. Since it was a Limited Edition watch, it felt like an even with other associates gathering around. You can feel that the staff is passionate about watches and care about their customers.
Top notch service. If you are looking for a luxury watch and are in the area, be sure to stop by Tourbillon. You may not walk out with a new watch, but you will walk out with new friends.

It’s very good place. They provide high quality services. The staff knows well of watches. I just got my GO 90 here. Slah Trabelsi, who sold the GO 90 to me is a very nice guy. He is a very enthusiastic person, always smiling and modest to answer anything.

My GF and I walked into this store recommended by my cousin. I’ve always wanted a «Moonwatch» and fait decided to step in, as it was the first watch I laid my eyes on.
Jason educated us to as why the Omega Speedmaster Professional «Moonwatch» is such an iconic watch. Though I knew bits and pieces of its history, Jason definitely gave us the entire story. His product knowledge was outstanding and quite impressive. He took his time and showed us all the features of the watch as well as how to use it. These are, after all, high-​end watches. I wouldn’t want to ruin it by doing something wrong.
With that being said, I was already sold on the watch. It was going to be an early birthday present to myself but my girlfriend convinced me otherwise like she always does.
Basically, we went in just to shop and came out with a watch.
Jason made the transaction easy and stress-​free. He accommodated us with water and snacks. After sizing of the watch, we finished the transaction and off to home we go.
I’ll recommended anyone who is specifically looking for an Omega watch to come here and browse their selection but be careful because you just might leave with one!

I highly recommend getting a watch from the Tourbillon in South Coast Plaza.
After many months of searching for a watch, I luckily was recommended to this store. The entirety of the staff are very knowledgeable and willing to go beyond expectations to fulfill specific needs. For example, I was moving up to San Francisco a couple days after my purchase and wanted to get a leather band to go with the Omega I had just gotten — the store manager, Aimee, personally made sure the band arrived in San Francisco on time and in mint condition. Aimee and her coworker Slah followed up multiple times via email and phone to make sure there were no problems with the delivery of the strap and that I will always be taken care of if any problems were to arise in the future.
I not only got a great watch, but also the security of knowing I have the best customer support service anyone could ask for if anything were to go wrong.

I really can’t afford high end watches, but that doesn’t stop me from visiting the high quality stores. Tourbillon is one of those high end places. They have Breuget and Blancpain, so you know it ain’t going to be cheap here. Some of these high end places usually don’t have knowledgeable staff and that can be annoying. I didn’t find that the case here. Most of these places are at the snob end and judge a book by it’s cover, for instance, literally and figuratively don’t give me the time of day. I was pleased that this was not the case here. They have only a few brands of watches in here, but they are good brands, except Omega who shouldn’t be in this store or mall. I hope to go back to make a real purchase.

Customer Service is lacking. Expensive high end tourbillon watches, but the employees here couldn’t tell you anything more than the price of the watch.
