Up In Smoke

I’m not from OC and I broke my water pipe on a trip, went to this shop pretty much immediately afterward looking for an upgrade, the guy found me the most beautiful bong, gave it to me at a discount cuz I was so broke on the last day of the trip and it’s the best purchase I’ve ever made. Will definitely be back for a new bowl when I’m in the area.

This place is way too overpriced. They are a smoke shop and have ⁷⁄₁₁ cigarettes prices. The customer service is terrible no one is usually at the counter and you have to call them from the back room. I hope the property management replaces them with a more reasonable establishment that’s professional and fair.

Everything in here is overpriced. They’re rude to the customers and one of the employees had no idea what he was talking about when it came to hookahs or pieces. I came at nine in the morning when they are supposed to open. And I waited until about 9:25 before anybody even showed up to open the store. I was pretty excited to have a smoke shop so close to my house, but I’d much rather make the three minute drive down to 9M Smoke Shop. Make a change Up in Smoke, or you’re not going to stay in business very long

Great shop with exceptional customer service. The manager (Jason I think) is super friendly and spent over a half hour helping me decide on a vaporizer. He is really informative and actually cared about my purchase. I will definitely be coming back!

The people who own and work the shop are very nice and help me with any questions I have about any of the pipes, rolling papers and their other products. One of the dudes reminds me of Christian Bale lol! I go here regularly, the prices are affordable for their pieces.

Had a great experience at this place spend a solid amount of money bought a ton of stuff. Went home and my snuff bullet was missing the bottom piece (I bought 5 of them) came back and the guy said that has never happened ever in 20 years… I said okay I bought a ton of stuff and it was not in the bag I don’t think it’s a big deal to replace it for me… Clearly customer service became the least important thing really quickly. We walked out with nothing and the guy shrugging. What a dick, giving me attitude over an accessory that only is a couple dollars after spending hundreds? Screw you man, I won’t be back. Get a clue.

Up in smoke went there for over a year purchasing all type of glass and of coarse buy cigs. My last visit two months ago was the the final straw. The owner I think he is the owner is rude and not helpful what so ever. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve given you business for over a year buying expensive pieces! I would like to be treated as a loyal customer does it hurt you to smile or by kind! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BUSINESS where they show no appreciation not even a hi… It’s more like what you need with the most disgusted face! Good luck up in smoke you suck

Got a sweet glass water pipe here and a smoke buddy! Excellent pieces, good solid prices down in Orange County! This place is a must-​go shop!

Awesome shop!!! They have a nice selection of glassware, hookahs, and acesssories and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. I always love coming here and I have never been dissatisfied with a purchase. Definitely check this place out!

My husband likes this place for all his sheesha needs, its a little far but only smoke shop in the vicinity thats open late with a large variety of hookah flavors at a reasonable price.

I have recently half assed quit smoking. I say half assed because I am now vaping! It is so fricken cool! The reason I ended up at Up In Smoke is because I ran out of cartridges and I order from an online company and I didn’t want to smoke a real cigarette. Up In Smoke sells disposable electronic cigarettes for $ 8. It is a small smoke shop, not filled with useless non sense that I love to waste money on like the others.

. I absolutely love it! The disposable ones only come in tobacco flavor and menthol, but here they have 20 different flavors, the three i have tried so far are great! Apple, Watermelon, and Cherry! I haven’t had a cigarette since!

I usually just come in, grab Lucky Strikes, and then leave so customer service is fine, no attitudes like in the other reviews. The only place I know in OC right now that sells Lucky Strikes.

Best shop around in the area, great selection plus the staff will always go above and beyond to help out.

There aren’t too many great smoke shops in the OC, so it was a no-​brainer to check this place out when my friend was in need of a pipe.
They had a good selection of all type of smoking apparati — pipes, bubblers, bongs, hookahs, etc.
The salesguy, although obviously baked, was really friendly and helpful and answered all our questions informatively.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This is pretty much your typical smoke shop. Depending on what you need and what your poison is they have anything. From a pretty wide selection of bongs, pipes, bubblers, cigars, ciggarettes, fake pee, whippets, and yea and cant forget, they aldo have sodas lol.
Doesnt really seem like a nice shop but I mean it is a smoke shop and doesn’t really need to be upscale or anything. Unprofessional type of feeling though with the workers smoking cigs while they ring you up occassionally blowing some smoke in your face… no bueno. If you hate the smell of smoke WARNING do not enter this place lol.
I know when you buy bulk or something really expensive the workings will lower the price for you and give you some type of deal, so I guess thats pretty nice. But I do always get the feeling that they want people to buy their stuff and leave right away so they can continue doing elicit things in the back or something lol.
I dont know, a decent place, dont really come here to often when I can just go to a gas station for cigs or drinks, but if your into the other stuff, be my guest its a decent shop.

I’m not gonna claim to be an expert on such shops, but I’ve been to quite a few and this place is, so far, my favorite. They have a large selection of anything you could ever want– think Cheech & Chong, not the Godfather. The service was very laid back and friendly, even though it was 20 minutes until closing time. My friend was looking into a water pipe, and it was priced at $ 60, but he only had about $ 55. The guy said «no problem,» took $ 50, and threw in some screens for free. This place seemed a lot cheaper than most.

This place is alright. I was hoping to find a cheap piece. Had some good success from that angle. Seems they have a pretty wide selection.
However, I was not impressed with the customer service. Sorry Mr. Proprietor, if I pulled you away from something more important when I walked in. Not the friendly customer service I would have expected from a neighborhood head shop.
