A chocolate lover’s dream. Amy Jo is so warm, exuberant, and welcoming, and her smile and charm won me over even before I got all the way in the door. And, she has definitely been blessed with extraordinary skills in chocolate creativity and design. Her chocolates are some of the most unique and beautifully crafted chocolates that I have ever seen, and I have been blessed to enjoy chocolates from all over the world. I got there right when the Valentine’s pop up shop opened since I did not preorder, and fortunately Amy Jo had a dazzling array of chocolates from which to choose. I tasted one of the dark chocolate and cocoa nib pieces, and then ended up buying way more chocolates than I needed, but everything looked so good. And, I’m sure I can find plenty of willing recipients, to take some chocolate off of my hands. Seriously, who wouldn’t love to receive a decadent chocolate gift. I even got a bourbon bar for myself. If you love exceptional quality chocolates, I strongly suggest that you go see Amy Jo at Valenza. I know I will be back — often.

This place is as good as it gets, chocolate and more chocolate. Truffles my favorite, my customers will be happy this week, and BonBons for sure !

Pure talent, on SO many levels. Valenza is not to missed. If you’re lucky enough to meet Amy Jo you will totally fall in love with her love, passion and life. Beyond chocolate (but of course she’s totally mastered chocolate). She’s definitely cut out for big success and I’m lucky to have sampled her product early and had the chance to meet her. Her chocolates are divine! They’re skillfully crafted, look absolutely stunning and most importantly there’s not a sample I have tried that I have not purchased — for myself and as beautiful gifts. Eating each chocolate is an amazing bite of refined fusion flavors with Italian flare. The tartaruga is a MUST — there’s nothing comparable and nothing that competes. The Sesamo Bar and Fennel Bön Bön are both fragrant and warm and such fine quality chocolate. A perfect dessert. The Espresso Bön Bön totally hits the spot — high end chocolate and espresso combined in a sublime way. Can’t be beat. Her packaging, design, presentation, personality are ALL even better (if you can believe). Just all around awesome. She also fulfilled an EPIC professional order without a hitch over the busiest of seasons (Christmas) and everyone who received the gift of Valenza personally emailed raves and outstanding reviews. Love Valenza LOTS!

Met Amy Jo at the Orange Coast Magazine December issue launch party and was blown away by her decadent chocolates and sweet personality. I tried her holiday clove chocolate bon bon and was in heaven. She was so informative and knowledgeable. The other bites looked delicious as well.
I’m definitely stopping in for more treats and sweets!
