Cuts Etc

Everytime I stop in for my cut they get me in right away. Extremely friendly and give me the cut I want. I have been going here every month for 2 years now.

Great place to get my hair cut. Since they made the change in staff, the place has gotten so much better what a change removing one person can make. I am sorry that others had a bad experience earlier but now it is a great place. thanks so much

I got attitude when I walked in and asked about availability for a walk-​in haircut. When I sat down and showed the woman the picture she said, «Dark picture but yeah.» I don’t know if she actually even looked at the cut because what I got wasn’t even remotely close. She told me she couldn’t make it look that way because «my hair is too fine.» I’ve never had fine hair in my life, as it is naturally curly/​wavy and has a lot of body to it. I told her I wanted shorter sideswept bangs that went to around my eyes. She chopped my bangs, and they look fine, but she also chopped that same bang-​length around my whole head, leaving this «puff» of hair layering around my crown. When I asked her about it, she said, «Well yeah I have to blend it.» Scared she would continue hacking away at me, I finally just said fine, paid her, and left. Needless to say, you’re better off cutting your own hair than going here.

Been coming here for over 15 years. Always receive the best service, colors, cuts and waxing. Salon is always clean and cheerful. All the stylists are professional and nice.

I love supporting small businesses, and I hadn’t yet found a hair place I like in Rohnert Park, so I decided to give this place a try, especially with the deals they have.
The woman who cut my hair was unpleasant and difficult to talk with. The haircut itself was pretty shoddy. As she sprayed my hair with her water bottle, she also sprayed my face. A lot. The place seemed a little dirty.
I wanted to like this place, but I couldn’t. I won’t be returning any time soon. Sorry!
