Superior Seamless Gutter

As a real estate buyer’s broker, based on their reputation, I have referred several clients to this company when the homes they have bought have needed gutters replaced. It was time to replace the gutters on my own home. I called Superior. Corey made an appointment for a quote, which was promptly kept. The quote was reasonable, given the complexity of the job needed on my home. The selection of colors was expansive. Part of the job order was gutter screens. We opted for the top of the line product to minimize maintenance going forward. When the rains came, the screens were not performing as advertised. Greg, the company’s owner, had a crew member return to the job to try a remedy he felt would solve the problem. When more rains came, the problem was not resolved. So, Greg had the area representative from the company who manufactured the screens come to our home to assess the problem. The area rep showed several options he believed would solve the problem. He recommended the one he felt most confident would accomplish the objective, which entailed removing all the gutter screens previously installed, and replacing them with a slightly different product. The rep was very agreeable and willing to schedule the replacement as quickly as possible. He did a workmanlike job (installing the new screens using the same holes drilled for the previous product, which he removed). Superior totally stood behind the installation of the gutters, as well as that of the gutter screen product they brought to the job. I cannot imagine a more customer-​oriented handling of a job!

These guys came out today and replaced my old redwood gutters. They did a great job, were fast, and were really nice guys to work with. Would recommend them highly.

Thoughtful work crew arrived as scheduled, started old gutter removal work right away. Took time to ask questions for super clarity about issues and placement before commencing installation work. Matt did a great job answering my questions and concerns. At the end, they made sure to clean fingerprints from new gutters and check lawn for any stray metal pieces. I only wish I had remembered to have cash on me to tip each of the three workers out! We now have a beautifully trimmed roof line with a great product (factory pre-​painted steel, not aluminum). If you are not a contractor that has worked in the past with Greg and his team (they are Greg’s priority), dont bother scheduling a job with SSG. For me, they were a no show, and then suggested to reschedule for two months ahead of time (after already waiting in queue for two months to get the job started).
I found a better and more reliable company in Santa Rosa.

They’re busy, so trying to get an estimate from them is tough… I was offered an estimate in 4 weeks… they suggested time on the date, which unfortunately did not work for me… when i called to try to move it, they said it would be another 2 weeks. These folks are likely quite good, but be prepared to wait forever and be met with an «it’s your problem» attitude. I got two other estimates with no problems.

Superior Seamless Gutter came highly recommended by Morris Roofing (another good contractor). Cody gave an accurate estimate and Lisa and Greg were great to work with on the scheduling. The crew they sent out were very professional and did a great job. Wish I had more gutter work — they were great to work with.

I had two 40′ runs of seamless rain gutter put on my house. I didn’t time them, but I think it took about 3 hours to tear off the old gutter and put up the new.
I liked that I could get a quote over the phone. I just told him what I wanted (length of runs, number of downspouts), he gave me a quote and I said, «Ok, when can you do the work?» A few days later we were set to go. Easy peasy.
I am pleased with the quality of the finished product and the attention to the small details. Two one and a half inch galvanized screws at each rafter tail to attach the gutters and the downspouts attached with metal strips from behind with no brackets or fasteners showing.
The previous gutter I had was not seamless. After 15 years, they leaked at the joins. I’ve had other homes with crappy gutters that were not seamless. They all leaked — even when you sealed them, there would always be a drip or two. That drip splashes on the side of the house and causes the wood to grow damp and rot.
These Superior Seamless Gutter guys came up as a team of four with the big gutter machine — pressed out the two 40 foot sections and had them up quickly — but carefully. Each guy knew what needed to be done without a lot of talk or wasted movement. It was fun to watch them work. It looked like a stage play where everyone knew their lines and what to do.
Tip: If you do not specify the type of downspout, they will give you a round one. I think the rectangular have more volume and are better. They put the rectangular on my house without asking because they saw that that’s what I had before.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the job done by these guys. The estimator showed up on time and did a great job explaining our options. He was easy to talk to and understand.
The work itself had to be postponed a week because of rain, but a week later they arrived promptly, worked efficiently and steady, completing the work in exactly the estimated time. The gutters and downspouts look great and the cleanup was thorough. Highly recommended.

These guys are top notch! A great crew with incredible craftsman. I will recommend them always.

This is an update to the gutters we had installed last year in September. They have been great. NO pinging, and have held up fantastic. They are still looking great and I would recommend this company to anyone. The downspouts are QUIET, you never hear any rain or water coming out of them. Again — very happy with this company and the result

Their name says it all! I received multiple quotes with other gutter companies in the Sonoma County area. Their price was about the same as the other companies, but I decided on Superior Seamless to replace all my rain gutters and downspouts because they seemed to be the more professional and attentive company. They showed up on time, completed the entire project within a day and cleaned up the site very well. The end result looks great and is a huge improvement from my old leaky gutters and dented downspouts.

I’m late posting this, because my gutters were installed almost two years ago. I got a timely appointment for the estimate. Cory measured my house, pointed out the need for some type of bracket and we were on to scheduling. Everything was handled expertly. My neighbors were in need of gutters too, so they were happy to work with Superior after mine were done! I did have one other estimate, but couldn’t figure out that company’s methodology because they barely looked at my house and measured nothing!

I had SSG gutter my house a few years ago. I then had an issue where one of the gutters started to pull away from the corner of the house. I called them the other day and they said don’t worry we guarantee our work. The house is on a 30% grade and it took ladders 40 ft to even get to it. They fixed it and informed me that part of the issue was that the downspout was blocked which was not usually covered by warranty and may have resulted from my not installing gutter guards at the time. They said it was no charge nonetheless.
I appreciated that and I can honestly say I feel like they are a reputable company that stands by their work. Not something you see often enough today. I would recommend them to you as a home owner and property manager. I plan to use them again on my next project.

I have not been Unilocaling much but have to give these guys credit where due. The owner’s son came out and gave me a quote on the spot after measuring. The only company out of 3 which did that. Good price and he was confident about the work so I hired them on the spot.
The crew came out the following week and did the job quickly and efficiently. I wish hiring contractors was always this easy

Wow — The installation team just left the house. Not only are the gutters fantastic and already an amazing facelift to our 60+ year old home, but they cleaned up the entire outdoor area and you’d never even guess they had been here. They were conscientious and extremely capable. I recommend them highly. It’s one of the best things we could have done for our home!

Theses guys stinkk it took them 2 days to do a one story house because they kept leaving the job… screwed the job up and didn’t want to return to fix it. I wouldn’t recommend them to do a doll house… I had too put an extension on my gutter to fix the problem. Windsor permit office the lady that works there said they screwed her house up and she had to redo them… Amazing there one job is gutters and they can’t do it right…

We own several rental properties and have used Superior Seamless Gutter over the past twenty years. They are very knowledgeable, professional and honest. The estimator came out to one of the properties and advised us the gutters were fine — just needed cleaning. We’ve had several houses that needed new gutters and the installers were very good, friendly and clean.

these guys were very helpful. Quick to get the job done before the rain, and even correlated with my roofers on the job!

Above comment must be from an employee. This company never returns phone calls. I called 3 times and never received one returned call. Horrible businesses practice! I would rate it 0 stars if possible.
