Blair is well known in this region for all the radio commercials he has produced. He is also a fine musician. When he is engineering at his recording studio, you get the best possible technical and artistic help you could ever hope for. I have recorded music with him, and it turned out much better than I expected. Whether you can get it in one take or after many takes, you will end up very satisfied, for sure. Zone Recording can make your music, or any kind of audio project, a work of perfection.

Went in to get my guitar restrung, I am a beginner and don’t know much about what type of string and how a guitar should be strung. The staff was so helpful, they picked out a string type that is good for newbies and were done in about an hour! Very friendly service, I would recommend Zone Music to anyone.

Zone Music is my go to music instrument store. They have a wide selection of gear from beginner to giging pro. The staff are very knowledgeable and Frank is a classy stand up guy.
Their tone summit and flea market are awesome. I actually attended a Paul Gilbert clinic here. How awesome is that?

I finally got around to replacing those headphones I took back to the jerks at Stanroy Music (
) and boy was Zone just the opposite experience!
Not only does this place have a whole range of great products to choose from but the staff is friendly and eager to help.
I’m not a musician by any means but my friends who are all swear by Zone.

Had to rent a wireless mic for a wedding this past weekend, and Zone came through. Knowledgeable staff that never made me feel like an idiot for not knowing certain terms that I actually did but acted as though I didn’t. I like to test people… What can I say?
Specifically, Memo helped me out and was as cool as a cucumber on ice.
I’ve purchased guitars, strings, tuners, amps, picks, and… all sorts of things from Zone, and as far as Sonoma County goes… There’s no better music store. Although… Tall Toad deserves mention.

Kenwood, CA
The 2nd best place in Sonoma County to buy a guitar. The 1st being Tall Toad Music in downtown Petaluma.
Zone has got all the production line quality name brand guitars, amps, effects, etc…
Prices are fair, people are nice.
A really good place for beginner guitar players to start.
Advanced Jazzbo players & vintage guitar collectors will not find anything here of interest.
