Andrew was amazingly helpful when I went in to exchange some supplements that bothered me due to my asthma/​allergies. He quickly found substitutes and helped me to devise a nutrition plan that suited my lifestyle. He worked with me for over 45 minutes listening to my concerns about needing more energy, sleep, and the desire to lose 5 – 10 pounds. He also offered suggestions for enhancing a workout program (which has been somewhat non-​existent lately due to owning my own business!).
He devised a meal plan for me, and more than anything, gave me encouragement to stick to the plan! Andrew you are a tough act to follow, but I am going to give it my best! I feel like I am on the road to a more energetic lifestyle because of you.
Nutrishop will be my shop of choice from now on for my energy/​nutrition needs.
