Eaten their pizza a couple times now. It’s pretty good pizza crust and cooked a little extra crispy just like I like it.

Pretty good pizza. Crust was little too crunchy for my taste but all in all not bad. A little pricey. Their large drinks are huge which is awesome. Nice and quiet. Staff was friendly and quick. I would come back.

Not very friendly Service, pizza seams frozen I was not happy with the bar salad. I asked to remake pizza with a softer texture and was told they could not remake the pizza. My family and I will not come back.

I’m from out of town and came to eat here at Eagles Nest. We had ordered a large combo pizza and a large salad. I started to eat the pizza and let me tell you. The pizza was dry, not flavorful, the crust tasted old, and it was very difficult to chew. We went back to ask if they could cook another pizza and make the crust soft and was told they could not. We where told that if they made another pizza it would be the same type of crust because they buy the dough from another company. We ended up not finishing the pizza and left, we won’t be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza at Eagle’s Nest. Being a Chicago native, I find it hard to find delicious pizza in the Redding area. I am so glad that I found this little hole in the wall. If you love crispy crusts and loads of topping this is the place for you. So delicious!

Absolutely love this small town vibe pizza place. You can definitely tell it’s family owned, and I loved it. We ordered a medium pizza and it was fantastic. Homemade crust, fresh toppings and yummy sauce. The salad was fresh and the beer was cold. Everyone was very friendly, and the service was great. Too bad we are from out of town, otherwise I could have seen this being a regular spot! We just don’t see places like this in Sacramento. Glad to have experienced it, and if my family and i are ever this way again, we will definitely come here again :)

We have been eating here since I was a child! Same menu and consistently excellent food! Thank you for being a staple in our community!

Best pizza in the area. Crispy crust, sauce with just the right amount of bite to it, and it’s never sloppy or overly greasy. Pretty decent salad bar(they mix in other lettuce and spinach with iceberg), tasty potato and macaroni salads. Friendly and funny staff. A local joint, and aside from the upgrade to the big flat screen, hasn’t changed in years. When I want pizza, I’m abandoning Round Table and making the trip to Cottonwood instead. :)

Nestled in the holiday market shopping center off of Bowman Road is the Eagles nest pizza. Sandwiches: we had the ribeye steak and Polish. They were both five out of five on a scale of five. The pizzas at the next table looked divine. Let’s come back and try em. Staff friendly and attentive +5. Salad bar was well-stocked clean. See picture.

This place is great! You can tell that this place has been under the same ownership for 31 years, they figured out what worked and kept it that way. The décor is outdated but clean. Lots of baseball plaques on the wall that shows they are great supporters of the community. The menu is simple, pizzas, sandwiches and a great salad bar. I had a chicken sandwich with Mac salad and mom had a burger with the salad bar. Everything was excellent! They salad bar had everything you could want and nice homemade dressings. I haven’t tried the pizza but will defiantly be back to do so. The table next to us had the pizza and it looked great!

The worst, the absolute worst pizza I have ever! A coworker and I stopped in for a quick bite, thinking they may have a lunch special or Buffett. Not. So we ordered a medium all meat pizza and two drinks nearly $ 30. Then the pizza came topped with pepperoni, salami, some gray chunky thing I assumed was supposed to be sausage and hot dogs. Yes, I said hot dogs. Not a bratwurst or a Ballpark, a skinny cheapie hot dog on pizza. WTF? Do yourself a favor and wait until Red Bluff or Redding to eat or go across the parking lot to the market and get a frozen Red Baron or Tonys pizza…

Customer Service: 5⁄5 Cleanness: 5⁄5 Pizza: Dough: 5⁄5 Sauce + Cheese: 2⁄5 We enter the pizzeria and walk to the counter. We got a medium pizza half cheese, half pepperoni. The cashier tells us it will be about 15 minutes. It is located in a shopping center, so we decide to explore. We went to the Ace(hardware store) for about 8 minutes and we headed back. Bathrooms: 5⁄5
The bathrooms were entirely clean. They are one person restrooms, and are big and roomy. The seat looked clean, and there was no graffiti or anything on the floor. Before 15 minutes, we got the pizza and it is looks clearly homemade. The crust is delicious, but the sauce or cheese tasted weird. Overall: 4.5 Stars Also, very quiet and filled with things on the walls. Nice family-owned business. Correct Hours: Mon-Sat: 11 am — 9 pm Sun: 11 am — 8 pm

We have been here a few times. Each time seemed to get progressively worse. We started coming here after becoming extremely disappointed in Mary’s Pizza Shack in Anderson and are in desperate need of a good place to eat out here south of Redding. Our last visit we were told they dropped the one decent beer they carried(Fosters) for Rolling Rock… yuck. Who can enjoy a good slice of pizza without a good beer? Not us, apparently. The crust on our pizza was way overdone and the salad bar left something to be desired. Ambiance here is very dated, and looks exactly like somewhere you would go with your team after the game(which seems to be the only thing happening here). There was never more than a handful of tables taken when we were there, even on a weekend night. It doesn’t take much to sour us when it comes to food. Sadly, we most likely won’t be back here anytime soon.

MAKEANEAGLEATWILCOXOAKSGOLFCOURSE&WIN A FREEPIZZAHERE!!! The pizza here is stunning. Your crust will be SUPER crispy AND thick! The toppings are loaded on and the cheese is stringy. What more could you want? There’s a nice arcade section and large tables that easily accomodate groups of any size. There are several good micro-brews on tap and the salad bar shouldn’t be missed.

I used to come here after tee ball season because this was the go-to pizza parlor where we wee little thangs used to get our trophies handed out to us. As a kid, the game room was the bomb– I would play Mortal Kombat and Simpsons until our large, sizzling Pepperoni pizza would come, and then all games were off until I had stuffed myself of this classic, delicious pizza that still rings a primordial bell in my stomach(that first childhood love, you know how it goes :). Later, as I grew into a painfully mature young teen with zits and a poochy belly, I took to ordering the all-you-can-eat salad bar plate, and loaded it up with all of the heaping classic salad bar standards– iceberg lettuce, cheddar cheese, olives, crispy noodle topping, bacon bits, and bleu cheese dressing. Put some potato salad on the side and add a pepperoncini and I had myself(what I thought then) was a healthier substitute to pizza. It was not until later that I realized I could have just as happily munched down a large pepperoni with the same caloric results. As time passed even further, and I hit high school, my BFF and I would hit this place up for its absolutely DIVINE Mexican pizza– pizza with ground beef, red Mexican-inspired sauce, onions, olives, cheese, bell peppers, and SOURCREAM! Trust me on this one– it’s pure heaven. Now, passing through my hometown to visit my family, I still come here for that Mexican pizza. And the crust is still thick and crisp and crunchy. And there is still the slight flavor of cornmeal on the bottom. And it still tastes like childhood. Sigh.
