This is the worst eating establishment I’ve been to in my entire life and I’m old. Poor slow service, disgruntled employees, incorrect orders, arguements among employees, dirty restaurant, etc. etc. 1 customer actually walked out because the waiter could not open the drawer to take his order. Evidently she just did a cash drop and this prevents the drawer from opening? All of the employees were very unfit in their appearance and also very rude. I ate in and actually stayed longer than I needed to just for the comic benefit of all that was going wrong. This reminded me of what you might see on undercover boss when everything that could possibly go wrong does indeed go wrong. I ordered a very simple meal, they weren’t extremely busy, and I still probably waited 15 minutes for my order, and the order was not hot or fresh when I did receive it. This will definitely be my last time to this BK. I don’t want to even give 1 star but it will not submit my review without at least 1.

This is the worst BK I’ve ever been to, every time I go. After every experience I have there I refuse to go for months. Then I give it another shot again because it’s the closest BK to where I work, which is still a 7 minute drive. Every single time they reinforce my decision not to give this location business. I either wait 10 minutes for food ordered through the drive through, 25 minutes the one time I’ve ever been inside, receive burnt food, and horrible service.

YUCK, YUCK, YUCK and that is an understatement. This is my guys all time favorite place. Well I think that changed today!!! He tossed his rodeo crispy chicken sandwich w/o even opening it… after tasting my rubbery onion ring and my cold crispy chicken sandwich. He NEVER throws food away that speaks VOLUMES. My DBLCB was luke warm but, edible. However after dissecting my rodeo chicken sandwich I was thinking«how can they sell this? Then I threw it out.
