Max I Walker Cleaners & Launderers

I am so thankful to Max I Walker. Recently, my husband and I took our queen-​sized comforter to another dry cleaner. It wasn’t dirty, we just thought it could use a wash. When we got it back 2 weeks later, not only had they neglected to clean it, but it had big, black stains all over it. Needless to say, we were furious. Afraid of what they might do to the comforter if we left it there, we took it over to Max I Walker.
The girl at the front counter was so friendly and answered all our questions thoroughly. She didn’t promise the stains would come out but promised they would do all they could. She quoted us a surprising pick-​up date; after waiting 2 weeks to receive a dirty comforter, we couldn’t believe we’d be getting a clean one from Max I Walker in just a few days. The prices were reasonable. We left satisfied.
When we came to pick it up, our comforter looked like new. We were so relived! We had been worried we’d have to confront the manager at the other dry cleaner if our comforter wasn’t fixed. Max I Walker was able to help us avoid a nasty situation. I cannot thank them enough for their service!
