The doctors and location of this office are great. I see Dr. Jaimie and have seen Dr. Mark in the past. They offer a wide variety of wellness services and educational resources. My doctor always remembers my story, let’s me know when I should expect my turn to come, and does such a thorough job with my care and recommendations. The office is very open, clean, and has a feel of family and fun. The front desk staff is fairly attentive; however being a customer service representative myself I find this part of the staffing very lacking. This is where the fifth star of the review is lost. I used to live in CB when I started at this office, and I have stuck with them through moving to Omaha. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Mark and the front office are always extremely accommodating with scheduling around my busy work schedule. Dr. Mark is very knowledgable and has extremely helped my overall physical condition through chiropractic care. I have been seeing him now for approx. 3 years. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to rid themselves of back or joint pain. They focus on wellness, provide free educational conferences to assist the patients in being as healthy as they can. If you are not sure if chiropractic care is right for you, just go see them, the first consult is free. I was once a skeptic until I found this clinic. I am very grateful for them.

After going for 6 months without much relief, I was left waiting for 45 minutes for my appt without any acknowledgment. Then I call to verify my next appointment and am told I’m no longer on the schedule. What?! This was the most horrible customer service ever!
