Target Stores

I don’t remember his name but a young man was working the customer service counter the morning of August 1, 2015. He went way above and beyond his job duties.
I was looking for two particular Lego sets that were to be released that day. I couldn’t find them on the shelf so I went to customer service. He typed in the sets numbers and names several different ways until he found that you did have both sets but they had not been unloaded off the truck yet. He showed me how to find them via your website so I could purchase them which would trigger someone having to go unload them so I could get them that day. He said it would take a few hours which was completely fine with me. I went to run a few more errands, but received a text within 30 minutes saying they were at customer service waiting for me to pick up.
Simply amazing customer service! I wish all stores helped customers that way.

Nice big Target. It is fairly typical of Target stores. My only gripe is location. This shopping area is huge and it is a little bit hard to get here. But otherwise, no complaints.

I love target! Sadly this review is for the Starbucks in target. I purchased a few items at target and as I was leaving, decided to grab a coffee because there was no one in line! Awesome! I walked up to the counter where a male and female employee were both cleaning up. I stood at the counter and made eye contact with the female employee first. She said nothing to me and walked to the back. Ok maybe she is busy. I stood there for a good 5 minutes and the male employee looked up at me, said nothing to me, stopped cleaning and also walked to the back! Ouch! That’s confusing for me! It was also insane that both of them looked at me clearly standing there to order and didn’t say anything! Not even «we will be with you shortly». The female employee never came back out from the back. I’m not sure what the deal was but I felt like they were deliberately stating they were not going to help me. I haven’t gone back to that Starbucks or that target since. Maybe I caught them on an off day? I’ll stick with Scooters!

Target is our go to place for household items, and even some grocery items. We have scored countless amazing deals at target. Our most recent score was 200 dollar curtains for 30 dollars. They were online returns and not stocked locally so they were dirt cheap. We LOVE Target.

Target is by far my one-​stop-​shop for almost anything I need. My husband and I make a weekly pilgrimage to the holy of holy department stores. We buy our weekly groceries, cat and dog food, cleaning supplies, wedding and baby shower gifts, clothes, all of the above. We invested in a Red Card credit card 4 years ago, and every time we save 5%. It may seem small, but it quickly adds up. The Red card along with the Cartwheel app and multiple coupons, it makes me want to shop there.
I truly love Target’s clothing. Between Merona and Mossimo, it makes for an awesome wardrobe. The clothing themselves may not hold up for years and years, but I can always find some thing for work, the gym, lounging, and for the weekend’s excursion. i especially love that they bring in designers for Target. I will wait until the very end when the designer goes down to 75% off, and BAM a whole new wardrobe. No stealing my strategies thought :) Designers include Jason Wu, Carolina Herrera, Philip Lim, and Marc Jacobs, Proenza Schouler, and Tory Burch. I especially love their jewelry collections.
I especially love their end caps and end-​of-​season/​holiday sales. On the end caps, you can find sometimes discounted floor models. One time I bought a floor model Keurig (originally $ 100) for only $ 27. The end caps also have lots of item discounted between 15−90% off. WooHoo! Their after holiday sale is insane. Such cute, non cheesy décor to make decorating for the holiday easy. Check out their after Christmas sale for 90% wrapping paper, tissue paper, and bags. I pledge never to buy full price wrapping paper again.
Being a beauty vlogger (jmakesface on all sites), I tend to look for the beauty drugstore bargains. Makeup is always discounted and our store carries a lot of E.L.F products, which is rare to find in Council Bluffs. I love Sonia Kashuk, and think the products are awesome!
When I need something, even something exclusive, I go to Target. Hands down.

This Target is a great department store and definitely a great grocery store.
The grocery part of Target doesn’t have the selection like a Hy-​Vee or a Walmart has but with the ‘5% off with your red card’ every time I go, and their cheap prices on most items, I go to Target every week.
I love the new Cartwheel app as well where you can add sales items into the app and the cashier scans one barcode when you check out to get those sale prices.
The location is great as well, in the middle of Metro Crossing, within walking distance to Kohl’s, Hobby Lobby, and Petsmart.

A typical Target store, very clean and friendly employees. I really like this location due to all the other nice stores close by in Metro Crossing. Starbucks inside is always the first stop once inside.
