So helpful. Encouraged us to test ‘drive’ as many bikes as we wanted before committing, didn’t oversell on things we didn’t need, and didn’t pressure us into a sale. They were very knowledgeable. After feeling pressured at other bike stores, it was such a relief to find Extreme Wheels. Really fantastic experience.

I bought my 2 bikes from them and couldn’t be happier with the service, sales, etc. I now live in California and they shipped my one bike here. I wish they were out here so I could get them to service my bike. I have my bikes for over 12 years and love this bike shop. They do what it needed, and go out of the way to provide excellent customer service.

My wife and I needed some maintenance done to our mountain bikes before we hit the road for the MoPac Trail out in Lincoln.
Both of our front derailleurs were acting up, and I had a pretty bad wobble in my tear tire.
Knowing that Extreme Wheels is right up the street from us, I stopped in and booked a service appt.
Zach took care of me and happily broke down the cost of their services. He took my info and set up the appointment and couldn’t have been friendlier.
Came back later in the week to drop off our bikes the night before our appointment and Jay (Jai?) immediately inspected our bikes to see if he felt any additional service was required.
What’s best is we DID NOT feel like we were being upsold services we didn’t need. He inspected the bikes and made a recommendation to have my rear dérailleur adjusted, but his recommendation was genuine and out of his passion for cycling.
They weren’t pushy or «salesy» at all.
The next day we picked up both of our bikes and for $ 42 (tax included) I had no wobble in my tire, all of my gears shifted perfectly and my wife’s dérailleur was as good as new.
Each dérailleur cost $ 10 to clean/​adjust and truing my wheel was another $ 10. Money well spent and terrific, convenient service too!

I wish there were 10 stars, they certainly earned it. I’m in California, and I bought a 45 year old bicycle sight unseen on craigslist. The seller took it to Xtreme wheels so it could be shipped to me. I called and spoke with Zak, and he was extremely helpful. He made it easy for the seller just to drop it off, and took great care in packaging it securely in one box for the trip to California. Zak kept me in the loop with shipping dates, costs, and everything else. This place has excellent customer service. Thanks.

Great shop! Friendly, helpful service. Don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. Fixed a tube on our daughter’s aged, beat up bike on the spot. Budget priced. This is where all our bikes are coming from now on.

Knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. These guys have the best shop I’ve ever been to. Of all the places I’ve lived over the past few years (Raleigh NC, Virginia Beach VA, and Roanoke VA) Extreme Wheels is hands down the most personable and genuine bike people I have met. I highly recommend this bike shop to anyone that is in the market for a new bike, tune-​up, or accessories.

Great bike shop! Friendly service and great prices on bikes and bike accessories. Always very helpful with any questions and they are the best cycle mechanics in the area. Only people I trust my bikes with! This is the kind of shop that you can take that neglected bike to and have them get it ridable for you, and they won’t try to replace every little thing and overcharge you… like a LOT of other bike stores in the area! (trust me, I have been down that road)
