We bought pizza here on the way to visit my cousin’s girlfriend, who gave birth at Whidbey Gen, as it was the only place around that was open at 5PM other than the gas station. The place was empty, but it’s a pretty small location, so it didn’t really feel empty as the sounds of the open kitchen, radio, and arcade filled it with background noise. The pizzas are about normal price for a pizza place, but a little expensive for its taste and quality. We got a medium 2 topping pizza for $ 16 and it was not good. When we opened the box and took slices, there was a pool of oil staining the cardboard where the slices had been. And it looked as if the pizza had been dunked in a vat of warm oil and served without being drained. It was flimsy, didn’t have much flavor, and just wasn’t very good. I feel like we would’ve been better off getting food from the gas station up the street. The only thing that was okay about the pizza was the crust. The texture wasn’t too chewy, and despite the grease, we would’ve rather had a bunch of crust than pizza centers.

Long wait, messed up the order, uneventful pie. The«island» excuse hedged them an additional star. Hard to find, head lettuce and slow slow slow slow slow ssslllllooooowwwwwnesssssss. I would say that you should pay the extra money to go to the Italian restaurant nearby but I don’t actually think that it’s any more expensive.

This is a great place for pizza! We have eaten here, every time we’ve come to Whidbey Island. The kids love it, as much as we do and always ask if we can eat there. The pizza, as well as any of the appetizers is hot and tasty. The people working there are friendly and accommodative. We look forward to many more trips, there.

I went in for a pizza to go, people working forgot it was to go and didn’t call my name for almost 45 minutes. Crust tasted like cardboard, sauce was so thin you could hardly tell there was any on the pizza, toppings were bland. I’d buy a frozen pizza next time from the Red Market across the street and save $ 15

Good pizza and friendly service. Our kids enjoyed the arcade games while the pizza was cooking. Salad was fresh. No complaints. Current specials were displayed at entrance.

Ordered an 8 pizza take out by phone the day before. The pizzas were ready at the time requested and the staff was helpful getting them out to the car. Well priced, good pizza. The BBQ Chicken was especially good

Once or twice a year my family needs pizza and Coupeville is the only option… I reluctantly agree thinking that maybe it will have improved since the last time they talked me into Pizza Factory pizza there. But no, it is just as bad as ever, I ordered a calazone which was truly awful, it got tossed. I don’t know what they do there in Coupeville to create such a bad version of an already just ok franchise pizza but it astounds me every time. The only edible pizza there is the Wolf Pack which is loaded with mushrooms. Do not go there, drive to Oak Harbor and eat at the Football Bat, ask them to give the crust an extra few minutes as they tend to under cook it and you will have really good pizza which is hard to find on Whidbey Island.

Ordered and have eaten here way too many times. Food always bad, the worst of the worst of super cheap, over cheesed pizza.

Stopped by here on our way home from the Ebey’s Landing trail along the beach that runs down the West side of Whidbey Island. No one else there at the time, but the one woman working there was super friendly. The pizza was A-okay and it tasted good after a long day on the trail shooting with our cameras!

Bland pizza in a bland resturant. We stopped here because we couldn’t find another option. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

It took forever, but Coupeville has a francised restaurant. This is the only place in town that will deliver, and during the week, you can’t beat the lunch buffet all you can eat pizza, salad and drink for $ 7. There are often construction crews here for lunch, and they do have toasted sandwiches, pasta and calzone in addition to pizza. You get a decent pizza, and it’s really the only place on central Whidbey where you can get a pizza and pitcher.

I LOVE pizza factory pizza; there is one near our house in Oak Harbor. When I started working with a new office in Coupeville, I was excited to know that I could stop by and grab lunch. The first time we went, we hoped to take advantage of their lunch buffet. But, there was very little selection, and the employees didn’t want to make any more pizza until«more customers came in.» So basically, if you go and there is nobody there, you get what’s there and nothing new. Another occasion, we wanted pizza to have at the office. We were told on the phone that they didn’t deliver until 4pm, so we went to pick it up. When we arrived,(5 minutes later than they said it would be done) the pizza hadn’t even been put in the oven and we had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Overall, the pizza is on par with other pizza factories, but the customer service STINKS.
