Dunkin’ Donuts

Decided to give them one more try as this location consistently screwed up my order in the past and staff was rude on phone when I called about it. Ordered a large, a LITTLE on the light side, no sugar. Was driving friends, so I didn’t open it until we got home. Extra light, 6 sugars checked off on side. I should have known. I’m diabetic and cannot have sugar. Never ever ever again. Worst Dunking Donuts ever!

I’m indifferent about this location. They never seem to have munchkins and when you order you’re always rushed. «Is that it, is that it». How about «what else can I get for you?»
Coffee is good.

I rate this a 1 star. Most days it’s a 5 but today is raining and it seems like the staff don’t care. I walked in and the first staff I see is Linda, looks at me and ignores me and doesn’t bother to say hello. So instead she sends over another employee to take our order. And on top of that I needed the two drinks I ordered in cups and politely asked The Manager Liz If I could get two cups since she was standing infront of me, yet again completely ignored. These people need to smile and be more inviting and more engaging with the customers. They look serious, mean, don’t care, and walk around like they are dead inside. Usually I love it here but today I don’t know if the rain effected everyone’s attitudes but personally I don’t care, I received poor customer service. There are a lot of Duncan donuts in Coventry, if this attitude they give and poor customer service keeps up I’ll be going to another Duncan donuts right down the street

Great staff and popular location. This Dunkin had a freakin fireplace and leather chairs. Get the spinach artichoke bagel!

I have no complaints at all. What can I say? The joint is top notch. I only wish they carried more lady sticks.

I like this DD alot. Every time I get coffee here it is always made perfectly and it tastes really fresh. The drive thru is always very quick and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait in a long line. The workers are always friendly and professional unlike most of the trashy DD workers of the world. By far my favorite Dunkin in RI. Also, the location is so convenient which is really nice.

I always have great luck with the coffee and donuts at this location. Friendly staff, store has updated furnishings and is always clean.

its not too far from 95, that’s a plus. its a dunkin donuts, that’s ok. i mean– it’s an ok cup of coffee that you can get the same as every other DD in new england, predictable.

My Dunks. Every morning. Large hot regular – the coffee is always consistent. Can’t complain there.
But I would say this could have been 5 stars if they learned to stop slopping sugar and coffee down the outside of my cup. Every. Morning.
