Honey Cone Frozen Yogurt Shope

Recently moved down the road, next to DePetrillo’s, under their ownership. I love Tommy and DePetrillo’s, unfortunately, the move left Honey Cone with a completely different vibe and set of standards. Quality, cleanliness, atmosphere and customer service/​friendliness that were the hallmarks of the old location (read the prior reviews) are presently not up to the standards of the previous location.
For instance, I have now been there three times; the first to times were in the first month of the move and the latest was yesterday (nine months later), universally, in all visits, staff seemed to be frustrated/​confused/​annoyed when having to go over to the Honey Cone side from DePetrillos. In the early visits, they didn’t seem confident in the mechanics of working that side of the house and that anxiety/​annoyance bled over Into the friendliness and appreciation for the business. Yesterday, it was simply annoyance, as the young lady idly stared out the window while my daughter and I finished our yogurt. We both felt like we were inconveniencing her by making her come over to the Honey Cone side and she was just waiting us out. I shouldn’t have to feel like I am doing you a favor to patronize your shop, especially when I am trying to give you another chance after being thoroughly disappointed twice prior.
Some toppings in the bar were mixed and/​or spilled, while others were empty or nearly empty as they were not monitored, cleaned or refilled as meticulously as would likely have been the case at the former location, and without a consistent approach that’s a negative.
We used to be multiple times per week customers at Honey Cone at the old location. Not very interested in returning now, unfortunately, despite the fact that I did love the old store and I personally like the present owner very much.

This place is wonderful. I don’t have one negative thing to say about Honey Cone. I love going there after a workout to get a protein shake. There are so many options! I wish there were more locations.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Customer service is awesome, hours are perfect and their shakes are the best. If you havent been here yet, your missing out!

Yum deliciousness. Staff is pleasant & welcoming. Froyo is average. They serve healthy shakes using herbalife. Pretty expensive but great selection.

I stopped in to grab a protein shake after working out and this place is amazing! They had so many different options to choose from! When I asked the 3 girls sitting at the counter what they had one said birthday cake the other had blueberry cobbler and the last one had turtle cheesecake. They then told me they go there EVERYDAY! After choosing blueberry cobbler my expectations were far exceeded! It tastes amazing! The girls said they haven’t gotten one bad shake yet! The younger kid making my shake was extremely nice and had super patients! The owner came out and was talking to everyone (super nice) and encouraged me to try the frozen yogurt with samples! I will most defiantly be back everything I tried was extremely good!!! Can’t wait to come back!

This place is a gem. The staff is really great and their prices beat out any other shake place in the area along with having more flavors, and comparable taste.
I enjoy Snickers and Chocolate peanut butter cheesecake the most, but I haven’t seen anyone get a bad shake.
Definitely check it out.

But like others, expensive! They also don’t have as many flavor options as compared to other places I’ve been too.
But…
The yogurt tastes yummy, not full of fake sweeteners. They have a good amount of toppings as well.
