I have been going to this Taco Bell since I was a kid and I’ve never had any big issues. I don’t come often but when I do the food is actually pretty good. Today though my mom and I wanted to grab something quick and when we got to the ridiculously long drive thru line there was a tiny sign on the the big menu that said the speaker wasn’t working and that you had to order at the window. which took FOREVER. Once your a few cars deep in that line you can’t turn around or drive away your just stuck there. Kinda sucked because we were strapped for time but once we finally got to the window the lady working was cool and apologized. The order came out perfect and was hot and fresh. I know weird things happen so that won’t stop me from going back.

Every time like clockwork no matter if you come in the morning or in the evening they always get your order wrong every single damn time. No sense of urgency, never enough staff, waited in the front for 10 mins before anyone noticed me.

I ordered two burritos with ONLY RICE BEANS AND BEEF and said milk allergy cant have cheese i do not want any toppings you would have thought that was an easy order nope they gave me two bhrritos with beef sour cream lettuce tomato wtf like reallllllly was my order that hard ???

Slowest «Fast Food» service ever. Been sitting in drive thru second car back for 10 minutes. The only reason I come here is when I’m realllllly in the mood for a nacho bell grande and because its a couple minutes from work, but honestly go somewhere else. 9 times out of 10 they mess up the order too.

So we’re on a bell run and this wench has the audacity to tell me that TACO BELL is out MEAT CHEESE AND GOSH DARN POTATOE!!! so I ordered my favorite cheesy bean and rice burrito hold the Chee and jalapeño and I get that bad Larry and it has GOSH DARN JALEPENO! you have lost a loyal customer. At least for the time being. I hope your branch closes.

The staff is incredibly friendly. They never rush you when you use the drive thru. The only reason I won’t give them 5 stars is because on rare occasion my food is cold in the center or they forget my baja sauce.
