Was a bit upset by soda machine not working correctly, was upset by semi cold fries and burgers. But then management actually heard us and apologized for the food. This is all i ask of management to take responsibility for the food and workers. Thank you, you made our day better.

This one star that I’m ashamed to give this horror show of an establishment. It really deserved less of a rating however Unilocal won’t let me leave 0 stars, so for starters they had no vanilla frosty are you kidding? This is the good ol u s of a and there is no Vanilla frosty. This nation was founded on moonshine vanilla, guns and beer and they don’t sell either of these at 12:10 in the morning well I don’t think I’m ever going back to this Restaraunt full of diabetes and chocolate I’m trying to live the American Dream not trying to go in cardiac arrest. Not only was I unfortunately Informed that they had no vanilla frosties but they only had one type of salad. I simply wanted to eat healthy, keeping this type of manly figure isn’t easy. Anyways I asked a few other clarifying questions and was answered with a snatch type of attitude that I was not too fond of. To conclude this review the one star that I was forced to give this dump would have to be because of the killer fresh squeezed lemonade that was poppin pink like the pussy at the drive up window. Ps. The chick at the window looked like Princess Leia

They just told me that they couldn’t give me my change because they were out of coins and it’s been this way for weeks? Simply stunning. There was also no ketchup in the lobby containers

I give it 0 stars. My order was messed up 3 times and I wanted my money back and the manager told me if I didn’t like what I got to go screw… Her name was Amelia she is the worst I wanted my money back and she gave me attitude… This girl that was maybe 28 came in and asked for her last check they told her to go screw and they wouldn’t give her check… Like seriously pathetic. The service in top of it was horrible they were a little slow with the crowd wise but they were moving like snails. I hope this place SHUTSDOWN! Any advice do not go here. Avoid this place like the deaths plague they treat their employees and Customers horribly

Extremely slow service, especially drive-thru. Burgers taste good, especially the spicy chicken one. The fries, though are always soggy and cold. The coke is always watered down, but is better than their sprite, which tastes like. carbonated tap water with some sugar. The location is convenient, but that’s pretty much all. Their staff need to be trained more professionably.

This Wendys is really hit or miss. I have gotten orders that have been perfect and other times I’ve gone and had my whole order get messed up. The location is just really good and with no other Wendy’s in the immediate area its just convenient. My most recent stop there was ok though, they got the drinks wrong but the food was good. Not the best, but I’ve had worse.

super unprofessional staff, the girl taking our order literally grabbed and ate fries as her co-worker walked by with her food on break + my frosty was half-melted when they handed it to me. sadface

Deplorable service with a moronic, Snorlax-speed of a general manager running the place. I’m not a fast food go-to person but on my 4 hour drives from Boston to New York, I will stop to grab a quick bite. Quick. Convenient. Key words to my purpose of even stopping here. It took a team of 3 people to sort out our order and«comprehend it». Someone’s thumb dug a hole in my nugget. No. I don’t want your thumb imprint in my food. Get me new nuggets, please. Oh, these fries are soggy and limp and cold. May I get new ones? Oh another 10 minutes. Fine, no problem. Wait…why is the cashier girl running after me waving a burger? OOOHHH, they messed up the order and gave us the wrong burger previously? Gotcha. I asked to speak to a manager. I assumed it was the distinguishable gentleman in the black shirt. He glanced at me and waved me away. «Shoo, shoo, don’t disturb me. I am using the majority of my brain capacity to take orders at the drive thru». Boom. He inspired me to write a review. Nicely done, John. I hope the Wendy’s franchise revokes your position. How do you have a team of 8+ running drive thru and dining services yet cars are looped around the lot and customers are in a separate line to complain about their wrong orders and sub-par food? That was sarcasm, John. Go elsewhere everyone. Drive a little further down 95 and hit the other Wendy’s.

Slow drive through. I mean, really really slow. Maybe ten minutes to get a chicken salad? Oh, and when i get to the hotel to dig in… a spoon but no fork. Ugh.

Okay, so I have been into this Wendy’s before about 2 years ago. I was so impressed I had not been back. However, this past weekend I was really, really hungry so we stopped in. I really had no expectations. I will say I was pleasantly surprised. The place seems to have gone through a good interior scrubbing and the staff, at least on the day shift, were all really engaged and happy to serve. I recall the last time I was there they made you feel as though you were interrupting their break. The food was also really good. We went from Kids meal, to salad to chicken sandwich. Salads were great(so they tell me), the little one lived the kids meal and the Chicken was hot & fresh. Anyway, I will say if you are in the neighborhood, there is no need to cross the street to the golden arches IF you are in the mood for a good burger. Oh, I must add, the new fries. While they are probably not as good as McD’s, they are a huge leap forward from where they were.

I would like to say that I went to Wendy’s and it was packed and it was slow as usual because there was only two people working in the front of the register and it seems to me that people that were working in the back were not paying attention to what they are doing, my order was almost messed up at least they got my drink right because I ordered a berry tea which was good though, I should of went to Subway which is healthier, I will do that next time

I haven’t been to Wendy’s in years, but sometimes you just have a «calling», in a fast food, religious kind of way. There it is, right off Exit 7, at the beginning of the Center of New England stores, just waiting for people to go in for their fast food experience. Sadly, it’s slower than slow. Please explain to me — anyone, seriously explain — why about 11 people are standing around the kitchen while one person is at the register? If you can only take in one order every 8 minutes, it shouldn’t take 11 people back there, correct? The average age seemed to be about 17, and don’t even get me going on the average IQ. I should have just gone to McDonald’s for a Shamrock Shake.
