Adriana’s Clean & Tidy Service

I have been with Adriana for 2 ½ years. She is absolutely wonderful. I am not always home during our appointments, but i have always been able to trust her 100%. If I can’t find something, I simply send her a message and she responds right away and tells me where to find it.
She can be flexible when needed. You just have to give 24 hour notice, rightfully so. However, in the case of an emergency, she can be unserstanding. Just dont make emergencies a habit. This is her business!
I love the fact that I’ll go to work with my place a mess, and come home from work with it being completely cleaned and organized. It bings a sense of ease to me, knowing… i dont have to clean. I work hard as it is.
I consider Adriana my friend. She has a great personality and we get along great. But if thats not what you are looking for, she can adapt. Stone cold professional :)

I have used Adriana many times for almost 1 year. She is responsive, trustworthy, works as agreed upon & thorough.
Main issue for me — I am generally OK about service companies visiting the house, but I can get super freaked out about the thought of people entering my home if I am not going to be home. I have absolute, 100% confidence in Adriana’s service.
Her service rates are different depending on what you need done (large home, apartment, business cleaned after-​hours), is it your first visit, do you need the all the windows done, carpets shampooed, baseboards, do you have 300 Hummel figurines (BTW, why do you have 300 Hummel figurines?), etc. I have fur-​babies. With that, comes FUR! I am always amazed, and I admit a little embarrassed, by the pet hair she picks/​vacuums up. EECK! Best of all, by babies love her and she loves them back… thanks Adriana!
In the few instances I have needed to do so, She has been very good in moving my appointment times. With 24 – 48 hours she can generally cancel without a fee, within 24 hours, there can be cancellation fee. My opinion, rightfully so. If you were a small business owner that cunningly planned out your jobs to save fuel and time the LA traffic consumes, it is hard to fill in that 2 hour gap at the last minute.
I have to admit, Adriana has been THE VERY BEST part of my day on several occasions. After a stupid day of stressful traffic, demanding people & tons of work, to walk into a FRESH, clean home is… a huge exhale… a huge relief… almost aromatherapy… the one thing that was easy… that went right that day. Just relax, Adriana’s gotcha!
