There is so much that I can say about Sal but I want to keep it short and sweet. He is amazing !!! I started working with Sal a couple of months ago and I’m so glad I did. He changed how I see food and how I want to take care of my body. He’s very knowledgeable and he really has a passion for what he does. I have been training with Sal since April 2015 & I really appreciate his enthusiasm for learning and teaching. He really cares about helping you reach your goals in a safe & sustainable way. I am working on unassisted pull ups & handstands. I’ll post again when I’ve accomplished one of those!

Being a former trainer myself it’s hard to find someone who can push you to become better. Sal has the knowledge to help you with nutrition ad well as finding new ways to break the body’s plateaus. I highly recommend Sal, as, he will make sure your goals will be accomplished.

Sal is an amazing human being overall. He isn’t any ordinary personal trainer. You not only gain the knowledge and expertise to get to your fitness goals but you gain a friend. Sal makes your goals his and he will do anything to get his clients to where they want to be. Training with Sal will help you discover your body and take you pass your limits. Oh and may I add he has his own farm and raises his own chickens how cool is that! This guy knows his stuff. He’s worth my money. Look at it this way invest in someone that will invest in you.

There is seriously no trainer out there like Sal. He lives what he preaches. This guy even has a garden and chickens in his backyard that he eats directly from (sounds kinda funny lol but he eats the eggs). I have never met someone that know so much about nutrition. I mean 100x more than a person that knows what they are taking about. It’s incredible.
If you’re looking to run a marathon he’s done it, if your looking for a bike marathon he’s done it, swimming… He’s done it. Not only is he freaken an animal, he is genuinely an awesome guy. He will make sure you get results.
If you want an overall trainer, this guy is it! Worth every penny!
