Wish I could give 0 stars. My first time here, new to Covina, and I will never go back. I always have my nails short. Just above my finger tip. I asked for a new full set, short. Not only did the lady repeat over and over, how «hard» it is to do short (which my other salon never complained about) so, after making me feel like I was «putting her out» asking for short nails, she then, did them not only shorter than my finger tip, they are all uneven and not straight. On TOP of that, it took her and hour and 20 minutes. Half way through, I already knew it was going to be a loss, but did not have time to have her start over. Then, she charged me $ 30… She knew I wasn’t happy, she knew she messed up. Everyone who saw my nails after asked,” what happened?” It is VERY evident that it was a bad «botched» job, and she still charged full price. I will never go back, and felt the need to Unilocal,to warn anyone that is considering

There is nothing but great things to say about this nail salon. Christy is an amazing owner who takens her clients wants to heart. There is no nail design she can’t do! As a long time customer that has been going here for years it’s her constant attention to detail that keeps me coming back. Her staff is wonderful and makes sure you are satisfied with your service. If you are looking for an amazing nail salon that you can come back to look no further.

I loveeeeeeeee this nail salon, all the girls are so nice and always take care of me, my mom, and my sister. I go to Kim for my nails and Nancy for pedicures. But any of the staff will do a good job. It’s very clean, they use new tools for each client. Massage chairs are nice! I’ve been coming here for years now.

Great service. Liked the way my nails came. Will come again. The environment was exceptional.

I would recommend this nail place to everyone! Cristy is my favorite to do my nails she always does a thorough job and makes sure I’m always happy!

I been coming to this place for the pass 5 year, always clean and all the ladies are very friendly and very efficient.

They are awesome at Crystal nails. They talk to you during your visit, they make sure your comfortable. Mostly they do a great job on your nails. It’s my new place of solitude!

Giving one star because I walked in and asked if someone can do my eyebrows and the response was «we are busy right now». The response should have been «can you wait 15 – 20 minutes?» I would have waited had they offered but clearly she wasn’t interested in doing my eyebrows. Horrible service! This also goes against what they say in the window «walk ins welcomed». Other Unilocalers have complained about the same thing that walk ins are not welcomed and they’ve been turned away even though it’s advertised on the window.
Need better service!

It’s my nail place! Always nice, clean, available walk ins. Gel nails is what I do. They last longer than regular polish. My all time fave — Crystal & Ana. I can show her any design & she ALWAYS makes it happen. It’s also near my home.

3 people in the place and they tell me bc I don’t have an appt they can’t help me even tho walk ins welcomed hmmmm… Usually a good spot to say the least I wont be back off to century nail down the street.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The techs were very friendly! I was happy with the services. The salon could have been a little cleaner but overall it was a good expirence

See Anna and Jenny for your nails and pedicures. They are awesome. They’re both friendly, funny and great at what they do. Jenny does the best pedicures, including the message. Anna never disappoints when she does my nails.

I would just like to say I am from out of town vegas but I wanted to pamper my self a little and decided to get my nails done I found this place through Unilocal and let me tell u they were very warm inviting people they really made me feel I was in my home with a friend it was a wonderful experience great prices too and they did a wonderful job on my nails Kristy was wounderful and I plan on getting a pedicure next week and if I’m ever back in town I will be coming back thank you ladies u all did a great job

Kristy and Jenny are the best! Kristy always takes her time and I always go to her. Jenny is amazing & her leg/​foot massages are amazing

Love this place and recommend it to my family and friends all the time. Anna and Christy do a fabulous job at my full set; they always look natural. I get lot’s of compliments on them. Nancy is my go to gal for my eyebrows and facials. If you are set up for a pedicure from any one of this ladies, you’re in good hands. Definitely try these gals out!
PS you can’t leave the tip on the card so bring cash!

I don’t recommend this place! They do half-​ass work. My pedicure looks bad because they left polish on my skin! And they get mad if u tell them to fix it! DO NOT GO HERE!

Anna and Kim are my favorite girls in the shop, Nancy does good waxing and is super friendly. I have been coming here for about 3 years now.

Someone sends me a message asking how could I visit 2 nails salons in one day well if you would have read my first review of century nails I didn’t even stay for the service. As soon as she pulled her gloves out of the trash and grabbed those dirty
Tools I was out. I looked on Unilocal for another place and crystal nail spa in Covina came up. I walked in there and ran out! Like I said the floor was completely black like it had never been mopped and the chairs had big stains all over them.
Go check it out for yourself. That place is disgusting. There’s so many other places out there why waste your time and risk getting an infection at a dirty place. No thanks lol

I love this place. I’ve been looking & looking for a good place & I finally found it. Everyone is very nice. The tools are always clean & sealed in the bag. The nail filer is new along with everything else they use. You don’t need appointments. You can always walk in. Kristi is so sweet & I always love my nails. Raymond gives the best foot massage & I love my toes when he does then. Nancy is a sweetheart along with another one I just forgot her name :\ I definitely recommend. The best part is after they ate done they put a hot towel on your feet & arms (depending on what you get) & that towel feels soooo good makes your feel relaxed. Definitely go!
