Dab termite is always my go to guys whenever I have pest or termite problems! Paul does wonders and is very knowledgable in what he does. Also very very fair in pricing. I own multiple properties and have always used Paul for his devices.
Tenants love him and never have any complaints. Recently had him come spray the house for ants and he only had to come once and bam… no more ants… AT ALL.

We had Dab Termite & Pest Solutions do the inspection and treatment of the home we sold in Huntington Beach as well as the home we purchased in Long Beach, CA. Paul went above and beyond! we were on a tight schedule to get our Long Beach home tented and to get our painters in before we moved in. Paul was polite and professional and delivered everything on time! It was like clockwork! reliable and very professional. He discovered termite damage and replaced a major support beam. Paul always got back to us and did more than we could have asked. He was able to repair other damage he pointed out that we didn’t even notice! If you want honesty, reliability and professionalism– this is a company you can trust and I highly recommend Paul.

I had called Dab Termite & Pest Solutions at 9PM and was expecting to leave a message. Much to my surprise, Paul answered and I was able to setup an appointment.
Paul was very easy to deal and was true to his word. If he said he’d get back to me tomorrow morning, I would do exactly that. I value that very much in a business since so many people now don’t do what they say.
Overall, I would recommend this company. Honest people, good quality work, and fair prices are hard to find.

Dab Termite offers excellent customer service. I won’t use anyone else. If You want honesty, and fair prices, this is a company you can trust.

I’m not sure where to begin to review this company… but would definitely NOT recommend them to friends; enemies, yes.
They did an inspection, did some work, and exactly a year later, another inspection was done by another termite company that discovered still much more dry rot and other issues that should have been discovered and repaired by DAb the previous year.
Dab was called back. They came out and said the newly discovered dry rot had occurred within the one year since their last inspection and repairs.

That was a crock because the area has been dry. We all know there has been no rain to speak of. The newly discovered rot was in areas where they had already made some repairs. So that begs the question, why some repairs and not others, especially in the same areas where some repairs where already made?
In discussing this with the Dab, both myself and another individual found the representative who did the inspection to be rude, defensive, and over-​bearing, and constantly interrupting you as you spoke.
He said they would make the new repairs but there would be an additional fee.
To make a long story shorter, this company either did not do a thorough inspection to begin with; OR, they did not do all the repairs they were paid to do a year ago.
Dry rot does not happen in a years time…
