Danny Rosales Realtor IRES

This is my First ever 1-​Star.
That itself should speak volumes.
I was and am still amazed by Danny Rosales, and how he treated my whole situation.
No way he can be trusted. Not by me.
My restaurant Café Cola had to be moved, and Danny was hired to sell the equipment and etc as a turnkey operation.
Nightmare. The worst. He lacks integrity to the max from my experience.
He did things reverse, and we lost majority of our equipment to the landlord.
His superior and brother at IRES Jesse, same thing. They just kept up with the lies.
I would never do business with them.
Danny is a pure dishonest person.
Personally, recovering from the mess created by IRES and its own Danny Rosales is easy. Karma gets to us all. I always wondered which person/​business would receive my first 1-​Star review, and it’s actually Danny and IRES at the same time. Thanks for reading my review. This is my truth.

Danny helped us a year ago to get our house. He went above and beyond to help us. Was a good first time buyer experience, answered any questions we had.

I had an awesome experience as a first time home buyer. Danny was very patient with me through the whole process of finding a home that I wanted. He answered all of my questions. I want to thank him once again. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Danny Rosales is the man. He helped me find the perfect spot for my business. Everything was taken care of by Danny. He took care of all the paper work at city hall, escrow, and la county records for me. Not only does he work as a real estate agent, he also help sell or buy business also. I am glad Danny Rosales have his own office now. Keep up the good work!!!
