First impressions mean everything, I called as a new patient… I have medical and as soon I asked if they accepted it BAM the tone in the receptionists voice changed automatically… a complete 360. Mind you this was over the phone why would I even bother coming in with an attitude like that. Who knows maybe the Dr is great but customer service is very important!

Receptionist Daniella is very nice, and always makes time to answer my questions. Office is always smelling so clean! My grandmother comes here, and Dr. Dhand is awesome! He tells you like it is, and is very patient.
