Nicole is amazing! Such great customer service with a smile every time we’ve been to the site. The facility is super clean and well-​lit for safety. They really bend over backwards to accommodate special requests and are friendly and patient!

Don’t use this facility, they sell you on a low rate then a few months into it they hike up the rates without notifying you. Shady business practices. And the employees there just tell you sorry nothing they can do. But when they want ur business they can do everything. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I recommend using other facilities with honest business practices.

I used these guys about 2 years ago after my husband died & had to store things I just couldn’t deal with immediately. They were great! Always helpful, always cheerful, just great. Finally got done with that storage and now, months later, I’m downsizing again! So I came back. They are friendly, efficient, the property is always clean and secure. I’m incredibly happy with this business.
