Nice Cleaner

Been here a few too many times they can’t get it right. My first visit I told the owner (I think he was the owner) that I wanted my pants creased and when I pick up no crease and when I told the owner he said that he would tell his worker but never offered to crease or refund my cost Second time don’t know why I went back… Told my wife’s dress for a wedding and told the owner that I needed the dress by Friday left off that Monday will Friday comes and I went to pick up my wife’s dress and it wasn’t ready I said I needed it for a wedding on Saturday and I was going out of town. The owner said he had a lot of work and was a few days behind. I told him to give me my wife’s dress, yep it was lost he couldn’t fine it told me to come back Monday I said that this was poor service and now my wife will need to buy a new dress he «will you can’t be perfect all the time» I said yes you can and you should have offered my something for my troubles. When I went back to pick up dress if wasn’t even cleaned he said Oh. I thought since you brought another dress you didn’t need this one cleaned. I will NEVER go back this cleaners is very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Good price, extremely poor quality. My clothes look worse than dry cleanin. I have a picture of one of them. First of all there is lint everywhere secondly spots that I have not even seen before.

This is the best cleaners in town. The owner is super friendly & the quality is high! I brought a dress with a couple stains for cleaning. It came out beautiful!

This place is horrible! Dropped off a suit to get pressed and asked if i could get it by 10 Am the next day, the guy told me yes, I asked again to make sure and he confirmed again. I showed up the next day at 11:30 (extra hour and a half for him) and he tells me its still not ready, he scrambles to try and finish it up and begins to sort through a hamper. He «finishes» the suit and hands it to me. I from there drove two hours to a wedding and when I go to change into the suit, the first thing I notice is the coat is still wrinkled and doesnt at all look pressed. Then here is the worst part, when I go to try on the pants, HE GAVE ME SOMEBODY ELSES PANTS! Besides putting me in a horrible situation, I was concerned that somebody now had my pants. I returned the next day to let him know what he did and that I wanted my money back (Being generous enough to not try and charge him the $ 100 it cost me to rent a new suit that day). He at first tried to blame me for «not coming back right away» and for «not calling him» I told him I dont have that time or should have to worry about that in the first place. It cost me $ 11 to get the cleaning and I was asking for that back. He then says here is your money back and hands me $ 3. I said whats this? I want all of it back and he trys to tell me that It was for the pants and that he was charging the rest because «he already cleaned my shirt and jacket» and that «it already cost me money». This was insulting and PETTY! I told him he was mistaken because it cost ME money. I told him if he gave me my money back I was done, but if he didnt I would be pursuing the entire amount of damages. He said «maaaaan» and gave me $ 10 (it was $ 11 but I wasnt going to keep arguing over $ 1) This place is ran horribly and does a terrible job at dry cleaning your clothes, much less paying attention to whats what in THEIR OWN BUSINESS.

Nice service, friendly people… especially Steven. Love that their hem jobs are nice and my stuff is always ready when expected.
