Pet Palace

The first time I ever stepped foot in this place was to find a feeder rat for my snake. Of course I had to gawk at all the cute little animals, unfortunately I was absolutely mortified. The tanks are so disgustingly filthy and overcrowded. I saw a dead snake, dead baby bearded dragons & dead mice. I’m not quite sure why anyone would run a store like this, clearly these animals are not healthy nor taken care of. Why would anyone have a business where they are supposed to take care of animals and kill them instead?!? The bigger animals have no room to move, the exotic birds can’t even stretch their wings. It’s really quite sad. Get it together pet palace!

Don’t trust the hours of operation posted and don’t waste time trying to call they rarely answer the phone and if they’re slow before closing hours they close early…

It’s a shame that it isn’t possible to give 0 stars. I used to LOVE this pet store and would come here for all of my pet needs. Food, treats, tank supplies etc. This was always my go-​to. Unfortunately today I came here to get crickets for my new baby bearded dragon. When I walked in I was immediately mortified upon seeing a tank filled with 2 dead bearded dragons, and 1 live one climbing all over their dead bodies. Not only that, but in the next tank over there were also multiple dead reptiles mixed in with live ones. There were multiple large rabbits in fish tanks with no room to move around. They also had large, full grown bearded dragons in tanks that were barely bigger than the size of their bodies. They didn’t even have room to stretch their legs. It gets worse… I then came to a tank filled with baby bearded dragons, all of them under nourished and there yet again, another dead baby beardie in that tank. If you’re going to run a pet shop, and kill all of your pets in the process, at least have the decency of removing the carcasses before opening the doors to customers. I am DISGUSTED.

Today we bought little baby parrot and he is well trained and talk too much … All the family members love him … All the shop owners are very kind and patient to customers. They are knowledgeable too. They explain the behavior of the parrot and teach us how to take care them… Even though this for my first time here, I like this place so much and I will buy more from them :)

Been to Pet Palace many times throughout the years and exotic Ray (owner) always happens to come thru with some of the nicest reptiles and best prices around.
We recently picked up Leo an awesome junior Sulcata tortoise with a ton of attitude we couldn’t be happier. This is about the third creature I’ve purchased from PP, I also got a adult iguana (Buzz) that is still going strong with no problems after 4 years. There pets are always very healthy and active to say the least and have a variety to chose from.
I would really recommend this palace to all as they have been around for many years also they are family owned and are very interested in your pets well being. The location is a little small but I’m not sure of its because they have so much to offer.
I would not think twice to stop by Pet Palace to get feed, supplies or furry friends for half the cost of pets smart an others. There family owned an have been very consistent for years. Try’em out!

Family owned. .low prices.. come here for our lil buddies to feed our python. … closes early at 7 pm and opens at 11 am. Not great hours but thise are the perks of having your own business.

don’t believe when they say they open at 12 noon they really open whenever they want. We’ve been waiting here for an hour no one ever came to the door.

I and my brother used to do frequent this place before moving out of the area, but the family owned and operated business was always very friendly and helpful and I learned a lot about the fish and parrots we used to purchase from them. If Ray is still there, tell him Rick said hello!

This is definitely my new pet store. I have been everywhere trying to fine the medium to large size green Goliath Worms for my bearded dragon. I found them here and they are very inexpensive. I also got 50 medium sized super worms for 2.00. That is definitely a deal. Petco sucks in comparison to this place. This store has friendly customers and people working. I will definitely support this small business any day. I love this store. Pet Palace also carries beautiful beardies and chameleons. It also has snakes, rabbits, birds, fish, iguana’s, mice and rats as food already packed for you, and other pets. My husband complained a little because the store is small and there are little crumbs from bird food sometimes on the ground, but what does he expect? It’s a freaking pet store. If you have a kid, in the back of the store there is a mega huge iguana. That lizi is super cute and personable. It’s definitely a kid attraction.

need feeders? they have so many crickets, superworms, goliath worms, Madagascar roaches, mealworms, feeder mice. Love this place, my new petstore.
