The quesadilla supreme was off the chains. So glad my wife and I decided to try this place out!

I’ve been living down the street for years never considering this place since it’s not a big eye catcher… finally stopped tonight… got the carne asada burrito, and got to try the chili cheese fries as well. I gotta say I’m very picky with my mexican food. Rare do I like a place… I’m used to very traditional, home made, out of scratch type flavor… The carne asada wad perfect on texture, taste and season, very impressed. Great beans rice etc. Perfect butrito. And the chili cheese fries as well. .thumbs up. I like them better than valley burger and rams now. It’s like the perfect combination of those two. so anyways… Def a must try if you’re in the area!

A local classic. Burrito and taco combo is still one of the best. Hot sauce is soooo good.

Met the owner and his son today. Been living here fifteen years and never tried to till today. Nortena quesadillas were game changers! Asada fries were delicious!

I’ve been going to Snap-e-Tacos for over 25 years and they have always had authentic Mexican food at a very cheap price. I remember when I first started going there the(3) taco/bean burrito/tostada combo $ 1.45…well 20+ years later the combo is up to $ 4.05 I think it is currently but still very worth it! Thank you for your consistency over the years!

Ok so the food here wasn’t bad tasting but definitely wasn’t great(especially for the chili cheese fries). What can you expect when you get a whole meal including a drink for 5 bucks? The hard part is getting past the way the food looks. Please allow me to explain… So I ordered the number 5 meal. This meal included a burrito, chili cheese fries and a drink. I’ve seen the pictures of the food and it didn’t look bad but the pictures didn’t look like the food that I got. The chili cheese fries looked literally like the paisa who was cooking them put some fries in a styrofoam container, pulled his pants down, squatted over them and pushed out his last nights meal of Jose Cuervo Gold tequila mixed with the ground beef enchiladas his wife made. In other words it straight looked like a hungover caca on fries with some melted cheese over the top. The bean burrito wasn’t as bad as the fries. It was ok. The beans were kinda watery but not horrible. The best thing was the canned Coca Cola. I would give three stars for my experience here but I haven’t told you about the beautiful gem who took my order. This lady looked like she was in her late 60’s but in actuality was probably in her early 40’s. I’m not sure if it was her yellow and green rotting teeth, the fact that she hated customers or maybe she had sampled the same chili cheese fries that I ate, but she was a «B». There was no «hello», no «welcome», not even a «what the F do you want?». She just stood there and starred at me with that dumb look on her face while I ordered. I so wish I could have pulled out my phone and took a picture of that ugly mug of hers. That would have made this review. Look, I’m not saying don’t go to this place. All I’m saying is if you do, don’t order the chili cheese fries and DONOT expect them to be happy that you are spending money at their establishment. You are bothering them! The meals are cheap and the food will do what it’s designed to do, make a turd. Good luck…

Had the tacos, shredded beef… tasted very flat, mushy… I even tried to use their hot sauce and it gave it no kick.

This place is consistently good. They have a good selection of items on the menu and they’re very nice. Just be careful if you have hungry eyes because the portions are large and you might end up ordering more than you can eat. I speak on personal experience…

Don’t go here anymore. They’ve changed. I’ve eaten here several times in the last few months. They got my orders right, the food tasted good and it was prepared fairly quickly. This time I ordered a combination burrito, wet-style and asked that it come with a plate of rice and beans. This was recommended to me by a friend who has come here for a long time. Instead they prepared a combination burrito dry, no rice and beans. When I picked up the order and immediately saw it was wrong, I asked for the correct order. The new lady at the counter just wanted to argue that I got what I ordered. She had no interest in correcting the mistake. When I went to the table I found out that the same lady had gotten two out of three orders wrong. The food ise– still not too bad, you just can’t expect to get what you order. I would be happy if Snap-E-Taco posted that the old counter lady has returned.

I remember eating here as a kid and it still has that same unique taste I love! I know it’s only simple Mexican food but the flavor is unmatched. Keep it basic and simple with ground beef tacos and bean and cheese burritos with red sauce. I love it! I will keep coming back and hopefully bring my kids here one day!

They lie about their prices. I was charged around 5 for three tacos.

Finally stopped by here after living in the area for 4 years, and regretting that it took me so long to try it out. They’ve got some pretty darn good food. Authentic, and made to order. It’s a small little place with outside seating, but I usually take the food to go and eat it at home.

Snap is a roadside stop for chili cheese fries and bean burrito. If you come looking for something haute cuisine or a regular taco, or some blah blah authentic, you are a dum dum head. I could tell this from the street. I want 3″ of gooey cheese and chili and… I hope there’s food under there. And if not, who cares. The pictures make Snap-E look BIGGER than it really is. Reminds me of those places along Route 66 that lured you in just by a cool(or odd, yes) appearance. Snap-E is odd in a gritty sort of way. I dig it. +1 for a cool name.

How does anyone give Snap-E tacos anything less than this? Great food for the price, quick, fresh, filling and hot. Made to order. I can’t go visit family without a trip to this taco stand. I like my tacos al pastor and enjoy the carne Asada fries. I’ve never had anything but good experiences here. I love small, family businesses like this. Food takes 5 – 10 minutes to cook up but worth the wait.

I have been coming here for over 30 years. It was a great place to hang out after school and youth group. I imagine it still is. I love the place. I always order the same thing. The mix and match taco, tostada, and burrito special and fries and an order of fries. It is a great place to bring kids. They have a variety of foods kids can choose from. I am glad snap-e is still around. A lot of my favorite places have faded away like pay phones. There are still a few out there but they are harder and harder to find

5 stars for the best chili cheese fries and bean burrito with red sauce in the area ;) #5 is where it’s at ! Cant go wrong with the any-3 combo, bean burrito, taco, and tostada. They’ve got orange bang and horchata, too– Refills are free for sodas but not for these two drinks. Service is meh, you may have to repeat yourself a few times but hey it’s a little fast food taco stand. I love Snap-E’s !

Snap-E Taco oh what a shame :( I really wanted to like this place, but I’ve honestly experienced better. I occasionally come here to get their tacos since I work around the corner from here. Snap-E Tacos is located near the plaza with the 7-eleven. The parking lot is connected and you can’t miss it with the big sign. They have a decently priced Taco Special that’s $ 3.99 + tax for 3 Carne Asada soft Tacos and a can of Coke The tacos are sadly less than spectacular. They are TINY, and about half the size of the tacos you get elsewhere. The Carne Asada is sadly nothing to rave about also. I’ve had their Carne Asada many time and its just not up to par with many of the other taco places out there. Overall, the owners are very friendly and the service is really quick. I just wished they had better tacos :(
