Terminix

Terminix is an awful company who has no thought or care for their customers! I was a good customer of Homefront pest control who was then bought out by terminix… After that after thing changed the cost, quality of service and just about anything that could be done wrong has… We canceled our service before selling our house but somehow they continued to service a house we no longer owned… I received a bill called and spoke with a women who said she would take care off the issue 3 days later my father was killed and the last thing I was worried about was a wrongfully billed service. Well now 4 months later I’m having to refinance my home due to my fathers death and my credit dropped 60 points because terminix sent a bogus $ 70 bill to collection, I called explained the situation and pleaded with the rep even paid the bill but they still won’t remove the collection from my credit report. I am so disappointed in how they have treated me considering the situation and now a bogus bill I didn’t know about is going to cost my family 20k over the next 30 years… My father was murdered while doing his job I explained this to the representative but she was heartless and said she couldn’t do a thing about the collection… Terminix is a terrible company and I can’t believe I’m even having to post this… This is only my first step in getting managements attention I will be contacting the media and posting everywhere possible until my situation is handled!

Extremely disappointed!!! Called yesterday to schedule an appointment which they did for today between 5 and 7. 7:30pm came by and left and no representative. I then called the company to inquire why no one has showed up and they informed me that the appointment has been changed for tomorrow between the hours of 3−5pm. The gentleman over the phone basically said, «You want the appointment or not?» I then asked to speak with a supervisor who said that she will leave a message on the inspectors phone, Blah Blah Blah… In any case, how unprofessional to reschedule an appointment without our knowledge and not even have the courtesy to inform my husband so he wouldn’t have left work early and use the time he does not have!!!
