Was promised a product by a certain date (Friday) with a monday submission, called in to check if order was ready for pick up as promised. Was told I would have to wait until monday to pick up order. I was very adamant about my order being ready for promotions on the weekend. Would have at least expected a call so my promotion team could have recovered with a next day printing service. A week later and my refund has still not processed. I went to hd graphics in glendora for my next project and they were able to complete the same print job in less time. Would recommend going elsewhere for speedy service. I still have not been able to get in touch with anyone by phone.

If your looking for a place to make you stand out from your compitition this is the perfect place to come. I have received many compliments on my buisness cards, bochures and all my promotional items I have purchased here. They have good quality and the prizes are great. There staff is great and Rene definitely takes the time to make sure im satisfied with all the work he does for me. I own many fitness centers and my buisness has grown through promotional campaign’s they have done for me. Im extremely happy I found this place I was tired of mediocre work cheap designs and poor quality. This place is my #1 pick for all my printing and marketing needs. I have seen the company grow and this year I decided to reach out to Rene for my real estate business. His response time is very quick. He has designed business cards, flyers, brochures, post cards small and large. Any idea that you have he tries to make it happen. I like that we are able to discuss changes to any design. The prices are very reasonable and the print time is quick. if you are in a hurry you could put in a rush order at an additional cost. As my production increases I plan to market myself more. Rene and his Staff are very professional. They have the potential to make your business grow but ofcourse it does take money to make money. We used them locally to brand our name and introduce ourselves in the area by using the Big Foot Ad and it worked for us after a few months then we had him create our Logo and Menu and we were very satisfied. Basically you Get what you pay for. This company is really on top of mayor ideas to Grow your Business but like I said it does take money to make money which unfortunately sometimes we small businesses don’t always have. Give them a try if you have the opportunity and take advantage of the special packages they have to offer its really worth your Money investment plus its Tax deductible so you win both ways.
