It’s aaaaight, nothing special always gotta wait on someone to ring u up but hey, I keep some reward points with all the kid shoes I buy lol. I remember when i use to visit a shoe store as a kid worker’s would come by and ask u if you’d like to get your feet measured, tell you about what’s out and what’s on sale. Like a shoe salesmen. like it, buy it and go

Worst customer service and inconsistent with policies. Always use coupon on my phone and they made me drive home and bring in paper coupon. They were also extremely rude about it. Baldwin park store is much more consistent. Manger at this location has a very low level of customer service.

Tried to take my kids back just to see if it was cleaner and had a more professional staff. However wasted trip, horrible experience. I dislike this place greatly.

Good place to shop for decent priced shoes and clothing. One of the better show stores I’ve been to but could use more women workout clothing. Employees greet kindly especially Diana who was very helpful with picking out some really cool shoes for my bf.

Thank you WSS and thank you Jose G. You guys have responded to what one of my request was, and that was to get some coupons. I received these coupons and oh man they are great deals. Im 100% sure I will be coming back. Once again thank you and keep it up.

I should know better than to shop at wss in covina. This place has the poorest customer service. The female cashier has poor communication and social skills and the two rental security guards look silly standing in the front of the store as if its a nightclub. I was in an aisle looking at kids shoes and a snot nosed kid began to restock. He had the nerve to lean over right in front of me to stock some shoes and did not say «pardon» then he proceeded to stand in the way of the shoe display i was checking out. So rude! I told him «hey kid move outta the way». Im just over this place. The cashier girl didnt even greet with a hello just rang my purchase and took my money with no thank you please come again. What has happened to our youth? What has happened to customer service? I will never come to this place. The kids that work here come across as middle school drop outs.

This store is a huge hit or miss with there selection. Its great with the Groupon deal $ 20 for $ 40 worth of merchandise. Service is pretty good on different occasions. good hunting =]

This store is cool but the only thing is that they don’t have a good selection I like vans and skate and they really don’t have them and some shoes are a little expensive. But yeah that all I gotta say and also some workers there are rude they guys workers.

The store itself seems to be a bit of an identity crisis. The majority of the shoes are for men. They have a women’s clothing section, but no dressing room (though one of the staff said they had a return policy to compensate for that shortcoming). It looked like the customers that came into the store were primarily young families. The music playing in the background was hip-​hop and rap. I’m not sure if it’s this particular location or the chain itself. I’ll be checking out a few of the other WSS stores in the future, so stay tuned.
The place is clean. Service is friendly. Plenty of parking, as they share a lot in a large plaza.
The brands that they carried were small labels, except for their sports shoes. But as such, the pricing is fairly low for many of there selections. I came here hoping to find a good casual shoe. Didn’t really find one I liked, though if I were looking for sports or skater shoes, the story might be different.

Pros:
–Friendly service
–Hello Kitty purses for kids of ALL ages!
–Cheap NO NAME BRAND items. For example:
*shoes — 2 for $ 15 (seen throughout the store; dress shoes, sneakers, heels)
*heels — $ 5.99 (sling backs, pumps, regular heels)
*tops/​blouses — $ 5.99−12.99 (includes trendy tank tops)
*jeans — $ 8.99 (skinny/​straight leg)
Cons:
–No fitting rooms to try on clothing (you’re allowed to return items though!) I asked if I could try on some clothes in store anyways, not a problem! FREE SHOW! ;) Not really… I was fully clothed during the process. Come on, there were kids in the store!
–Selection is not very large for woman’s and children’s shoes
For the easily amused:
–They found an alligator lizard in the store (see picture!!)
