Applebee’s

Ok – this is not my first post about an Applebee’s. BUT — I am ready to write the franchise off entirely. Decided to give another location a chance and was again disappointed. The best part of this meal was the side salad I ordered with my sandwich. And of course Pops thought his Blue Moon was fantastic.
My burger, was a bit disgusting. And my grandparents said their nachos were poorly done, with flavorless brisket.
And our server, Ashley, while sweet – was very absent during our experience and lacked sparkle. Our whole experience with Applebee’s lacked serious sparkle. I think the corporate high and mighties need to sit down, put their heads together and revamp more than just the menu appearance!!! Thumbs down guys!!! If you need some pointers and a new «sparkle drill sergeant» give me a call, I would be more than happy to come in and clean house! I have 15 years in this business and believe me, the staff at Waffle House on point!

Was going to go for dinner with my mother, but when i called at ask a question about the menu the person who answered the phone was rude… so nevermind.

Worst service I ever had at an Applebee’s. We were there on a holiday if I remember and had to wait almost 45 minutes for our food. They appeared to be pretty understaffed. Have had good experiences at Applebee’s but not this one.

Had the bacon cheeseburger. Excellent burger. Fries were very good and service was excellent. Would definitely go again.
