This place is a damn joke! (I wish you could rate things with zero stars cause that’s how horrible this company is!!)
I called and requested a taxi pick up at 11:11pm and specifically asked if she would be on time since this is a time sensitive matter (last call is at 1:30am) the lady said she «knew where my address was (for some unknown reason) and be there in 20 minutes» at 12:23 I called to see what the hold up was, a man answered this time and said the driver was «on her way.» About 2 mins later the driver called to say she was 20 mins away… at which point my friend informed her as a result of their incompetency, we would no longer being requiring their services…
I am completely understanding of busy Friday nights… just don’t make statements or promises you are can’t keep, which resulted in ruining our plans for the night :(
