They say whatever they want because they don’t want to do something.
As to the only other review on here, it is in autozone policy to help customers check and fill their fluid levels as well as change bulbs and wipers free of cost.
I have never had such bad experience with autozone seriously.
Didn’t greet me as I walked in
All the employees including a manager were on their phones in the front
I had to ask to be rang up
After I asked they didn’t say anything, scanned my item and just looked at me… uhm great customer service!
I’d rather travel to lacey to get good customer service
All the employees working on 12÷5÷2015 around noon are the laziest employees I have ever met…

So grateful to Dale Coppess, Sales Manager for helping me with checking my oil level, recommending type of oil to use and pouring in the oil; this may sound like an easy task to many, but I’m a novice at such things; my husband usually does these tasks easy, but he’s been in the hospital for while now; Dale says they don’t check oils for customers, but wanted to help me given my situation; after watching him, I think I can do it myself next time; ~ really great customer service! Thanks so much!
