AutoZone

One of my headlights went out and I had to fix it before driving out of the state that day. I went into the store and Mike helped me find the right bulb and replace my broken one! Great customer service!

Pretty much everyone on earth understands what an AutoZone is all about. For the unaware, I will make you one of the informed in just one sentence. AutoZone sells everything you need to clean and maintain your vehicle. I am sure I could stop there and still be considered an elite Unilocaler, but that would make for a poor review. So here is what sets this AutoZone apart.
If you read my reviews regularly you will know my story about purchasing my dream vehicle. One of the things that helped me accomplish that goal was trading in my current vehicle and getting a fair price. That’s where this AutoZone came in.
I had just washed my truck nearby, but needed window and trim cleaner. This location had numerous different brands including everything from the very reasonable to the super expensive. I got exactly what I needed and headed outside to clean my truck thoroughly. While outside I noticed one of the workers swapping out windshield wiper blades for a somewhat clueless looking customer. Come on! That’s one of the easiest things to do. Anyway, I thought it was nice that they were willing to help people out like that.
Once I was done my truck was clean, but my hands were filthy. I headed back in and asked: «wheres the restroom». One of the workers pointed towards the back of the store while another said: «just look for the bush». I actually got a chuckle out of that and appreciated his attempt at humor. Since there was no actual bush, I used their restroom which was stocked with hand degreaser and soap which was a nice touch.
I had some great memories in my truck and will remember it every time I pass by this store.

This place is very useful. They have great hours (seem to be always open, were open after 6PM on a Sunday) and will run a little machine on your car to see why the light is on for free.
They will replace the air filter in your car if you buy one there. They will also put in a battery if you buy one there, which saved my bacon last night.
