Bearco Training

I recently attended the all women’s self defense course at Bearco training. I was so impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and information that was presented. They did a great job of educating us on being aware, how not to be a target and the statistics of crimes which is important to know. Then the actual hands on training was incredible. They played out so many different scenarios of a potential attack or threat and how to handle it and then you got to practice and practice until you felt really comfortable. I really enjoyed the role playing and felt so much more confident about what to do and how to handle it. I plan on attending several more of the trainings they have to offer and would highly recommend anyone and everyone to participate in at least one form of a defense training. Your life is worth it!

I’ve taken a number of courses with Barret at Bearco Training. He is an excellent instructor and the Dynamic Focus Shooting program is an awesome, practical firearm defense tool. No matter whether male or female, rookie or seasoned shooter, I guarantee you will learn a ton and have a lot of fun doing it. Barret is patient, energetic, and has a very safe, organized class. Choose from a number of classes: home defense, Concealed carry permit classes, fundamentals of concealed carry, DFS carbine and handgun, ladies only classes, force on force, and so much more. Great guy, great skills, and a lot of fun! Highly recommend!
