I took my grandmother’s silver teapot to Cincinnati Plating and Repair with a dent in the side. Not only did they do an excellent repair to the teapot in a short period of time (a few days), but the customer service was courteous and informative — making useful suggestions about maintenance of the silver set and recommendation of a polish that has proved to be the best I have ever used. I was beyond satisfied and would give them 6 stars if I could!
