LAB DEPARTMENT
RUDE*RUDE*RUDE
If I ever decide to leave the Multicare system for good it would be solely due to the LAB. They are rude, impatient and god forbid you forget a piece of information. They will not help you, stab you 3 times to find a vein and not call anyone for help. I find I am experiencing this on the weekends, it’s obvious they hate their jobs. Sad.

Make sure they give you all of the proper information! They aren’t very good at explaining proper directions when it comes to what steps to take when you need to get lab tests run. (Which to me, is important) don’t be a nurse if you don’t know what you’re doing. I will not be going back here. Very very very disappointed.

Maple Valley, WA
You would hope you never have to visit an urgent care. Been there a few times recently and Ive been impressed with this branch of MultiCare. They provide pretty good service across the board at most of their locations and this is no exception. Perk here, is it is local, small and relatively convenient.
They have a pharmacy
«Experts» say you should «shop» around for procedures… this isnt the cheapest in our book.
Best part is that the campus has a multilevel wooden jungle gym fort/​park on the west side.
