This location is the best DD I’ve visited. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have, which when you have someone like me with special dietary needs, is very nice to come across. They’ve always gone above and beyond to make sure my drinks are exactly what I ordered. They take the time to remember their customers, and that says a lot about them as a whole. Love the Covington DD! :)

Service is ok, a little slow. Workers never seem happy to be there. It’s no Starbucks, but it’s pretty good.

The employees here are GREAT! Very friendly! I get my coffee here almost daily. The only problem is that it needs to be a little bigger like other dds… and the drive through is a little difficult to navigate through. But, I prefer this dd over others in my area bc of the nice friendly service and fresh coffee and donuts :)
