DON’T BUY ON-​LINE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They have no sense of customer service and their product is not top quality! My husband’s a pretty big guy, so followed the size chart and ordered a jacket that we thought would fit. We didn’t even mind that it was almost $ 500 because we wanted a quality item that would fit. Rec’d it promptly — the ONLY good part about dealing with these people — and it was wayyyy small and not the quality they claim to provide! Tried to return it per their policy and sent via USPS insured mail. Same experience as Curtis S. — they never picked up the package! I tried to send them an e-​mail and call — no response! Now the package seems to have disappeared because my post office doesn’t have it and it was never returned to me even after 5 weeks. Fortunately, sent insured so filing a claim. Even so, unless you want to deal with a business that can care less about their customers, STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!! Yes, definitely WORST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE… EVER!

These people suck. I ordered a vest on the world’s worst Web shopping cart (I had to calculate my own sales tax!), it shipped quickly, arrived damaged, an though I attempted repeatedly to contact ten through email an phone, I received no reply and though I shipped my vest backup them via UPS, no one ever signed for it.
Worst. Purchase Experience. Ever.
