It’s been a few months since I reviewed this place and I just wanted to post an update. This place still sucks and management is still horrible. They replaced the office manager and most of the staff again (no surprise). They don’t seem to be any better than the last ones. I went in to the office the other day to pick up a package and had to wait 10 minutes for the girl to finish playing on her phone. When she finally helped me it seemed like it was a bother to her. Sorry for wanting you to do your job! A friend of mine who also lives here is buying out of his lease this month. Both of his vehicles where damaged by kids riding scooters and the office hasn’t done anything about it. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else. You will not be happy here. I can’t wait for my lease to be up!

I just moved here 4 months ago and I must say I LOVE IT HERE! The property is well kept and maintenance has always responded very quickly to any calls that I have made. I choose this property because of its location/school district. It is close to really good restaurants, grocery stores, and most important the causeway (I travel a lot for work). My apartment is cozy and has very large closets in every bedroom and the best thing about this place is the free gym membership that I take full advantage of.

I recently visited a friend in New Orleans that lives here. I don’t usually write reviews about places like this, but I was really impressed by this community. Everything was clean, the grounds were pretty, and parking was really easy. Made for a great stay. Perhaps the coolest part was that she got a free gym membership and I was able to go there as her guest.
