Karlie has been doing my hair for years and she’s amazing! I love going to visit her at J. Renee for so many reasons. She does such a great job on my hair every time. She makes sure that I get what I want while making sure that the integrity of my hair is as healthy as it can be. She has become not only my hairdresser, but also my friend. She’s great company and it makes me excited to get my hair done. Beyond Karlie, J. Renee salon is absolutely beautiful! I always feel comfortable and relaxed when I’m there, and all of the staff is nice and friendly. I will recommend getting your hair done at this salon 100 times!

I will admit I am a nervous Nelly when it comes to someone new doing my hair. So when I scheduled my first appointment with Shaina I was very nervous. It had been a while since anyone touched my hair and I had made a huge mistake using box dye, and it was almost black. But she said she could fix it over time and that she did! Shaina is amazing! She’s honest and upfront about what can and can’t be done and that is hard to find in a stylist! If you can’t do a certain color in my hair I would rather you tell me than ruin my hair like some had done before!
Shaina is a color GODDESS! My hair has never looked or felt better in my entire life! And now I tell her to do whatever she wants and that’s huge for me!!!
The salon is cute and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and sweet! They make you feel like a friend and not just a client. And they don’t push products on you! And their prices are afrordable!
I recommend Shaina to everyone and they have never been disappointed!
If your looking for a new salon with amazing stylists, I promise you will not be disappointed by anyone here, especially Shaina!!!

Booked with Shaina based on Unilocal review and pics. She was amazing! Exactly what I wanted for my hair and she’s so sweet, too! She fixed the mess someone else had made trying to color my hair. The salon is cute and customer focused. For the treatment and services the prices are great! I will definitely be back and recommending them to everyone!

I booked with Jenna and had a great experience! I was able to book on their website which was very easy. I received a confirmation email, a reminder email, and a reminder text. Then when i got to the appointment, the facility was very chic and clean. Love the environment and everyone is super personable and nice. Plus all of their stuff is new and cool I was offered a water bottle and magazines, and was frequently checked on to make sure i was all good. All of the other guests seems to be enjoying themselves as well and from what i could tell a few were repeat costumers. Even men had great results. I died my entire head red and i LOVE LOVE LOVE the results. I will definitely be returning and i highly recommend it to everyone.

I went here a few weeks ago for a color and cut and was so impressed. The staff is so nice and the salon is so cute. I will be back and recommend all my friends.

Shaina B. has wonderful skills. I just moved to the Northshore and am delighted to find her and the salon. The atmosphere is elegant but not at all intimidating. After a little discussion, she colored and cut my hair just the way I wanted it. She’s personable and professional, and we were easily able to agree on updating my cut and color. There wasn’t a long wait at all. Prices are consistent with other salons I’ve used. I highly recommend J Renée and Shaina.
