Stay clear of this place, The tube of adhesive just about sprang my hand trying to get it to come out of the tube. It set up before I could get the windshield in the vehicle now I have leaks .
HAVE TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN.

My car window broke; I contacted several places for quotes and Jack’s Glass was the best price. I submitted a quote online and someone from their company contacted me promptly and was able to arrange everything without even have to make a phone call. I dropped my car off the next day and was repaired hours later. I’m very satisfied with the service from this company and would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I have used Jack’a Glass several times, we have had a windshield replaced and side windows in a couple different cars. They are always friendly and their prices are very reasonable.

I’ve only had one experience with Jack’s Glass but it was a good one.
My husband needed to have his windshield replaced and it was covered by our insurance. You can’t really go wrong with free!
The person who I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I made an appointment right away and we didn’t have to go anywhere. They came to us! The guy that fixed it was really nice also, and his work was fast but good.
I don’t really have anyone to compare them to, but I’d definitely use them again!

Well first off, being from Kentucky its GREAT to get your first windshield replaced for free!
I chose to have it done at Jack’s because I’ve always heard good things about them.
The staff was friendly, and the work looks great, but I was put into a bit of an annoying situation.
I kept my remote and gave them the key itself, they said they would leave the key in a certain location, and it was not there when I went to go get the car, and they closed in the mean time, so I had to get someone to drive me home, then back down there again just to take my car home.
I still have yet to receive the key that I gave them.
Aside from that, the quality is good, and the staff is friendly!
So I recommend them, and hope my situation was a one time fluke.
