It’s a bit over priced. The subs are really good but I spent $ 22 on a half of chicken cheese steak and a half of Italian sub. Although good in not spending that kind of money when I can go to subway and duplicate a good Italian sub and anyone can make a cheesesteak for way less and more sub.

So I came in on Monday for their daily special«Club Sub» only to realize once I was home that my sandwich didn’t have bacon on it. I called back and spoke to an employee I like his name was J’air. He apologized for the mistake abs supposedly wrote my name down for a credit. I came in tonight to get the credit for a free sub due to the mixup and had to speak to the assistant Manager Courtney. She told me the other employee had«no power» to tell me my sandwich would be remade for free and that my sub would not be free. She stated she could only take of $ 2.00 if I got a sub tonight. The customer service is going down hill. They have messed up orders of others I know but rectified the mistake with a credit. I don’t mind paying for something that I want but I do mind being misinformed. I highly annoyed right now! They need to do better to get things right.

I like the wraps the best. You can order online too.(: it’s a little different than the other sub shops we have in Covington.
