DO NOT HIRE. I hired Kevin Moser for a criminal case I was involved in. He was very adamant about how well he’d be able to handle my case before he was handed the money. Afterwards, let’s just say he was completely uninterested and took over a week to return a phone call. He was 45 minutes late to my sentencing hearing, which had the judge irate. He then asked for a 2 week continuance in which the judge DENIED. He had not even attempted to negotiate a plea with the prosecutor beforehand. So what did I pay for?! The prosecutor ended up offering me a deal in the courtroom, which I either had to take or plea open in the court to the judge completely unprepared. I ended up taking the plea, getting lucky the prosecutor even offered me one and spending time in jail. THIS GUY IS A JOKE.
