Pros: closest Kroger’s around! The staff members are nice(some can be a little too nice and it becomes overwhelming). The floor area always seems to be clean and things always seem to be stalked. Cons: the bathrooms are the most disgusting things ever! Some of the food items or non food items empty boxes are on the floor(from people stealing). The bakery people can be a little rude. The outside area is the«smoke break» place for employees. You can’t get in without walking through a thick cloud of smoke. The guy welcoming everyone as they come in is nice but he can be a bit scary to kids(he yells very loud).

Trying to do some basic shopping, minding my own business and not causing any problems, the idiot rent-a-cop decides to start following me which is insulting as a person and as a customer. This is the last time I’ll spend a dime here.

Management recently completely reorganized the Kroger store in Latonia. Almost everything is in a new location. One would think that, if Kroger had a customer service mission, employees would have been circulating through the store to help customers(including long-time customers like me) navigate the new layout. But on a Saturday — the busiest shopping day — employees were in scarce supply and customers were moving slowly through the store, baffled as they tried to find what they needed. When I complained to the manager, his comment was«Didn’t you get a map?» What map? And why would I need a map if Kroger emphasized customer service by having humans(not a map) help customers navigate the reorganized aisles? When I pointed that out, the manager said, «Have a nice day.» Customer service is a foreign concept to this Kroger store. They could learn a lesson from Publix, where customer service is amazing. Wish Publix would infiltrate Cincinnati.

Best Kroger in the area as far as I’m concerned. The parking lot is always well maintained and the store is always clean as well. The employees seem to be friendly, I will continue to shop there.

Love my local Krogers, their pharmacy usually has medications that other pharmacy’s are out of. The staff is always happy to help with any questions and assistance I may need.
