Look I don’t expect amazing and perfect service when I go to McDonald’s but how do you not have ketchup and then not apologize when you tell me you don’t have it? Not to mention my sister ordered a mcgriddle and got ham instead of bacon. Also, we sat at the window forever waiting on the cashier to stop freaking out about a little bug that flew in the window. I’ll definitely remember to hold off coming to this location again.

Husband went to get breakfast there this morning for us by going through the drive thru and he ended up fussing out management and staff. Don’t eat at this place. Their service is horrific. They never get our order right plus our food is never fresh. Very senseless. My six year old daughter could probably do a better job placing and preparing an order then these dodo brains. Smh #WorstCustomerServiceInTown, #CompleteJerks

It seems like every time I come here my order gets messed up some way or another. Also the service in the dt in the morning is slow. And by slow I mean I hope you’ve got an extra 20mins to waste on your way to work. I’ll never come back to this store. I’ve tried over and over to give them a chance. I mean can it really be that hard to make what’s in the screen in front of you?
