Would it kill these people to give dip with their chicken nuggets?
Do you even understand how awful it is when you’re bribing your toddler with cookies to eat their lunch because they were promised sweet and sour and now they have NOTHING to dip their now cold nuggets (because people that work here don’t know how to close the stupid happy meal box) into and cold dry nuggets are gross, I don’t care WHO you are.

Not horrible. But needs work. But what can you expect. It is fast food. I always ask for fresh out the fryer. IF YOU WANT IT FRESH ASK FOR FRESH OUT THE FRYER, IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 3−5MIN TO MAKE IT BUT SOOO WORTH IT. HOW DO YOU KNOW ITS FRESH AND THEY DIDNT DIP IT BACK IN OIL FOR A FEW MIN.?? if it’s Crazy hot, not dark as hell! (which means they just took it and reput in oil to make it hot.) I used to work at McDonald’s as teenager. Ask for it fresh iut the fryer and guarantee you will like it. For fast food, it’s so so.

Typical. Good service. It’s mc Donald’s but I thought service was good and the place was clean.

They fry in vegetable oil, so the fried food does not taste good. Would recommend eating elsewhere, at a restaurant that fries in animal fat rather than with oil that tastes like sewer water.

Came thru the drive thru around 1am and ordered a bacon clubhouse with a large drink. I am told they are only accepting cash. This is fine with me because I have a coupon for a free sandwich. I literally wait 17 minutes in line with ONE car in front of me. Finally, it is my turn and I can’t wait to get my burger because I have to get up very early and I don’t like to go to bed on an empty stomach. I just got back from the vet ER where my dog had surgery and really need to get some sleep. The lady at the window tells me that she can’t SCAN my coupon and will only give me the drink. All I have are my debit/​credit cards so I can’t pay! I told her I would come back tomorrow so she could scan it since I am a regular! She said she couldn’t! WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME! Horrible customer service!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I am convinced none of them even have a brain. I ordered food for about 8 people so I order and you know I have kids in the car and we all know they can never make up there mind or change it so I tried changing one part of my order and he’s like too late please pull up!!! Whatever I pull up make him change it now the second window DUMB ASS GIRL «actually nothing is ready can you go park» I’m SORRY WHAT! Nothing?! ARE YOU RETARDED. So in parked for LITERALLY 15 minutes and NOTHING I go inside finally furious and they had NOTHING EVEN BAGGGED the dumb manager is just standing there and I give them my receipts and tell them I’ve been sitting in the car for 15 min in the sun NO SHADE burning myself with kids in the car even more crazy and NOW THEY START FUCKING PREPARING MY ORDER. YOU GUYS SHOULD DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND CLOSE DOWN!!! And I love mcdonalds okay I go all the time and I can honestly say THIS IS THE WORST ONE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! ALL IDIOTS

This place is highly likely to mess up your order. If you dare go inside you will probably find it to be dirty. Especially at night. whoever runs this place at night is a Joke.
Do not go to this McDonald’s, avoid the frustration and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other fast food places in the area that actually want to make customers feel welcome.

Is it that hard to take an order at 1 am? If you advertise your product, follow through. First it was only cash, then it was we can’t make certain menu items after 11. Seriously McDonald’s, dont stay open if you don’t want customers late!

Worst McD’s in King County! But as always I start with the good. Since it has been remodeled, it looks extremely beautiful outside and inside. Love the décor and the bar stools area with flatscreen TV. The kids playground is pretty awesome too. Although I wish there were more booths. I don’t like the newfangled style of everyone sitting on top of each other. Also if you order inside they usually get your orders correct.
Now the bad. The drive thru is a total disaster. First off the new design doesn’t work. It’s a double drive thru design but the problem is there really isn’t enough room for it to be that way so the line backs WAAAAAAAY up into the parking lot and if you are parked you are trapped. Another problem is the employees in the drive thru just don’t know what they are doing, and if you order Diet Coke half the time you get Diet Dr. Pepper instead. Awful for those of us like me who HATE DDP. Gross! Half the time at least you get the wrong order, so check your order before you leave. Another large issue is their shake and ice cream machine is ALWAYS down and ALWAYS breaking. More than any other McD’s. Get a clue and get a machine that works more often than it doesn’t folks! I highly recommend going inside if you want your order to be correct and fast. They never send people with large orders in the drive thru to park like they used to years ago. They just make everybody else wait forever too. Drive thru is supposed to be speedy guys. Send the large orders and problem orders to park! If you want ice cream or a shake I suggest going to another McD’s entirely.

This is the only McDonalds that I know of that has a lobby that is open ²⁴⁄₇! Good service and the food is your standard McD’s…

Do not go to this McDonald’s it is very unsanitary. Their water heater broke on June 28 they had clean everything with cold water. When you are handling food you supposed to have hot water to sanitize everything. Their dishwasher have been broken for four months their refreshment dispenser has black mold. I’m surprised they’re still open during those conditions that they had without no hot water. They better hope that no one got sick during that time because without hot water clean and sterilize everything people could get food poisoning. Be careful eating there it is unsanitary. The only reason for the 5 stars is because. I want top notch to show people how nasty this place is.

I mean its McDs… they are fast and usually non-​chatty which is the point. My breakfast burritos were ok, but the hashbrowns were steaming hot! yum. The kids like saying anything that has bacon, egg and cheese. And peeling the new Monopoly pieces.
Odd note: after ordering the burritos, she says, do you want hot sauce? I say, no. But what comes up on the reader board, 2 hot sauces. wierd. So I look in the bag, and lo and behold, 3 packets of hot sauce. I tell the gal at the window, I didnt order these, she asked, I said no, and they showed up on the board anyways. She said, Oh, she must not have understood you.
She understood my entire order, but not the word ‘no’? Ahh… well. it was waaay too early in the morning and I was clearly easily irritated.
