It would be great to use this service but no one seems to answer my calls…

Ordered from them on a Thursday. Due to their error, they pre-authorized my card twice. Called the next day and was told they saw the issue and it would be corrected. The following Monday I check and 1 charge is there as well as the pre-authorization, basically creating a duplicate charge. I call Menu Express ans the girl takes my information and says someone will call back. Get a call this afternoon from an extremely rude woman telling me that this isn’t their problem and that my bank needs to fix. When asking her about the call from the previous week, she tells me that doesn’t matter. After her continued attitude I explained we will never order from them again nor will my place of work. At that point she began cussing me, called me a bitch and dropped several F bombs. Called my bank and we are having to proceed with a complaint to their card processing company. Menu Express made no attempt to resolve this matter and we’re horribly rude during the entire process. Be careful before you spent your money with them

The last 2 times I ordered, they have forgotten something. Very frustrating. I won’t be using again.

Whoa! You mean we upgraded to a big city? You can get a great variety of food delivered right to your doorstep, from all across town! Want Coscino’s, China Kitchen, and George’s all at the same time? Boom it’s all yours, and for a low delivery fee. Their website is very streamlined and easy to use. It calculates order totals(+delivery fees) and allows for this multiple ordering. Want a coke? They’ll put in a six pack too. Just know(and they do inform you) the order needs to be placed an hour before you want it to arrive. These are food couriers, not in house delivery. And finally, yes there is a delivery fee and a tip. Ever order pizza delivery? This is anything you want delivery, and if they have to drive from Mandeville to the boons in Covington or Madisonville the fee may be more! Thank you Menu Express! I’ve enjoyed your service for each order.

Avoid avoid avoid! Never get order correct, many staff rude. Food cold and soggy. Feel bad for poor drivers having to deliver crap. The restaurants are failing so they hire menu express to bring business. So food is not great to start with. First don’t ever expect them to get order correct. Prepare to spend time arguing with owner and helpers. Prepare for restaurant to argue and not want to refund or replace the mistake. Prepare for menu express say we ll give u a credit if free delivery. Gee why would I want to use this service again? Or a credit to restaurant that gave you crap order, why wld I want to go back there again. Then prepare to not get your credit. This place is a joke, poorly run, avoid avoid avoid. Please!

I love the concept and the availability of restaurants. However, the delivery expense is 7.00 and the drivers expect a 15−20% tip. Expensive!!! Also, my driver 25 minutes was later than the estimated time of delivery. I’ve ordered from them in the past and the drivers have been consistently aprox. 20 – 30 minutes later than the estimated delivery time. :(

Menu Express is an awesome concept. Ever want take out food delivered from a restaurant that doesn’t deliver? Menu Express is your solution. Several restaurants in the area have their menu posted on Menu Express’ website. Click and order and your food will be delivered by their driver. Now for the not so great. The main problem is the delivery time. Often it takes well over an hour to get your food. The delivery fee is $ 10.00 so with the driver’s tip it can get very expensive for delivery. Sometimes it is worth the money, but to save the time, I would rather pick it up myself.
