I really like this place. I had my ring sized and the turn around time was excellent. In addition the owner is so kind and helpful. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

I got a replacement band for my Apple Watch off the internet. When I got the band it was absolutely huge! I went into Michael’s and the guy in there fixed up my band in 5 minutes & did it for free. He was very kind & it was a pleasant, non intimidating environment in there. Very nice business. Please go here !

I go there for my watch battery when it goes dead, turn around time is excellent. I had some white gold charm hoops repaired by them and they were better then new. I will be back for all my jewelry repairs. Parking is excellent as well as having a great location between Mandeville and Covington.

Made my wife’s custom wedding bad at a very reasonable price. Quick turn around and matched perfectly to her engagement ring. Service was great and I didn’t have any problems with them at all.

When I need work done on my watch, I tend to go here. Service has been quick and good. Usually it can be handled over lunch. They have a nice selection of watches and other pieces of jewelry.

I went to Michaels to have him help me design my wife’s wedding ring. I went there because it was recommended by one of his past customers. We started talking diamonds and he quoted me some prices. So after I started shopping around and researching a little bit I found his prices to be unreasonable. So because I was recommended by a friend and thought that Michael himself was a really nice guy, I went back to explain to him about my findings and ask him if we could work out a better price. When I told him the prices I had found on the diamonds he told me that he could not match those prices, the fact was he couldn’t even come close. I had spoke with him a few times about diamond size and with my wife kept changing her mind. Of course the rock kept getting bigger and bigger. So he had been back and forth with his dealer a few times for me. He said that his dealer couldn’t even get them for the price I had found them for. I was thinking he should probably get a better dealer but I didn’t say that. So I thanked him for the work with dealing with his dealer, but I had to go with the much better price for the much better diamond. When I asked him if he would still like my business on creating the setting. He said that was the crap end of the deal. And since he had worked so hard for my indecisive wife and all he is getting is the setting. That he no longer wanted to do business with me at all.
He was rude, the customer service was horrible, his prices were way over the top, it was a really bad experience. I will never set foot in that store again. I went to Boudreauxs in Mandeville. They were courteous and had no problem taking my business.
